I had some communication issues with the host. I sent a message in advance but didn’t get a reply. I recommend informing your check-in time ahead of arrival, as the host might not be there when you arrive.

The room was excellent — clean, comfortable, air-conditioned, safe, and very well located. The shower and bathroom were also great.

Although the lady who introduced the room to me didn't speak much English, but she explained all the necessary information very patiently even if I don't speak any Italian. The room was big and the private toilet was clean and nice. The location is at the midpoint between the train station and the Arena, which was perfect for my one day stay.

The location was near to the city center and most touristic places. The woman was also so friendly, although she didn't speak any english, tried to help.

- The exact location and which in the google map are no the same, so it is quite hard to find the place. - Can't drop the back before checking in. - Can't connect Wifi.

- Very close to the remarkable place, such as Arena (below 10 mins walk) and also train station (15 mins walk). - Staffs are cute and kind. - Free breads at the kitchen. - Can add the number of people for staying at the property. - Room is clean, but it should be a bit cleaner.

Good value for money. Comfortable room and friendly staff who speak English. Due to a half Marathon, I wanted to check out an hour and a half later and this was no problem for the host ladies. Thank you for the friendly service!

Location, Staff doesn’t instruct how to manage the keys when we exit & enter before we asked. They left once we arrived and we try to call but not reachable. We got them upon their arrival. They should be educated and able to give the proper instructions once clients come in.

It was a bit confusing to enter the building the first time, I think the instructions should be sent via message rather than a call.

The room was huge, everything was clean and you can leave your luggage after check-out, the staff was great

Very nice personnel with the smile meet me at the front door which makes me very happy 😃The place is great, in the middle between train station and old area of the city, so it is close to all needed places for me. The other advantages is that room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and you can make a coffee at the morning 🙂

The owner does not speak english, only italian. It is hard to communicate.

Great location, close to both city centre and station. We didn't need to travel by bus anywhere. Beautiful and comfy rooms. Great shared spaces with free coffee machine.

It would be great to be able to communicate with the staff in English. I had to ask for help from a random person on the street for check-in. Then I had to translate everything into Italian to be able to talk to the host. Though they were respondant and extremely patient when communicating although the language barrier. Also, it would be great to have a duvet cover. Lastly, sometimes there were some noise outside during the night.

I would definetely recommend! Property is in walking distance from the centre. The place was very clean and the kitchen facilities were quite enough for my basic needs (making sandwiches, precooked meals, coffee, etc). The host was so kind with some snacks and nespresso. The staff was very professional in organizing my stay and they were respondant and patient in communication.
