Problems with the lift. Old people for two days had to use the stairs to 3rd floor. Obviously they did have serious problems to make it.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel is old but in acceptable order. 3 saunas, 2 infra saunas, 1 steam room, Pool with thermal water, which changes fully everyday, jacuzzi as well.

Bathroom was humidy all the time.

Room was old but quiet and furnitures were comfortable. Dinner was good and over the expectations. Breakfast buffet can improve a bit more with veriety.

Maybe modernize and update the hotel a little! The plastic chairs on the balcony are old and broken! Smaller European pillows would be better!

The jacuzzi not very good functioning (only some parts). Another negative impression, the bill and final documents only in Hungarian language, when asked in English form.

The fee for a 5 kg puppy is 5000 HUF per night, without any facilities for this amount, not even a bowl of water.

We went to this hotel for the second time because the ratio between price and facilities suits us. The hotel has two parking lots, from the largest one you go up two flights of stairs to the reception, so be careful if you have a lot of luggage. The hotel is old and would require some repairs, but the room is clean and spacious, with lots of storage space and is equipped with a mini-fridge. The bed is wide and very comfortable. The pool is filled with thermal water, so the first impression is that it is not very clean. Bathrobes can be found in the room. The highest score is for the meals they offer. Both, in the morning and in the evening, there is plenty of food for all tastes and excellently cooked.

The pillows were not nice at all, also a bit more option for hanging the wet clothes indoors would be nice in the wintertime.

for dinner was a special St Martin's day dish, which was a nice touch. The room was a good size for 2 people, with enough storage. The staff was friendly too

The room was big, with comfortable beds, the wellness area was excellent, and the dinner and breakfast had good Hungarian options. However, there are not many options for vegetarians or vegans during dinner.

Everything was great. Location near the lake, quiet, very tasty breakfast and dinner, friendly staff, large room with balcony, comfortable bed, very relaxing pool with thermal water. Great value for money. Recommended for people who like peace and relaxation. I will be back for sure.

Everything was wonderful. Couldn't have been happier. Great location. Nice parks, walking areas. The Heviz food was excellent and portions were more than enough.The staff were very friendly, caring and helpful. They went far beyond what was expected to help me. I will definitely tell my friends to stay there, and I will certainly return soon. Thank you again for all your assistance.

Hotel smells really really bad! And that was our biggest problem. Other problem was bed and pillows. For first, we got separate beds and there should be one double bed. Second, very very uncomfortable pillows. Other day our necks hurt. Food is okay,nothing special. Maybe if there was a little bigger offer would be okay. Jacuzzi don't have many bubbles and it doesn't look clean. Other was okay.
