No iron facilities, had to take my shirt to reception for them to iron it, they day before a wedding. No TV in apartment. Late check-in process is a bit over complicated, needs rethinking.

Great location in the old town, close to bars, restaurants. The apartment was surprisingly large, all open plan. Very clean, great toilet shower facilities.

It is probably just our room since it was at the very end of the hall, but wifi signal in our room was very weak, had to go out to the kitchen for connection.

I travelled with my cat and booked a private room. Everything was fine. The hostel is also very good located and you can easily reach the 2 main stations. Good communication with the stuff, even only trough messages.

The bathroom was very hit or miss, some times it was extremely clean and nice but other times there was pee on the floor with the toilet lid up

The appartment was a bit dark, not so much light coming through the windows.

The place is very nice, check in was great and easy, the location was top notch. Great starting point for exploring the city. We also liked the cleanliness and equipped kitchen.

The beds were very hard like a camping mat. It was difficult to sleep the first day. However, on other days, I had no problem sleeping due to the tiredness of visiting the city. Even though there was a router right in front of our room, there was no wireless signal in the room either.

cleaning was great. The communication with the hostel was great. Location was great. There are markets open at night near the hostel, which was very useful. The location was nice. we loved our balcony. We didn't know that the room had a balcony. It was a big surprise. It was a great experience to spend time on the balcony of such a historical building.

I think I've got the best room possible! It was room 5 with the balcony, we had room with sheared bathroom and kitchen. Localization is very good, metro station is about 3 minutes walk but also spar(grocery store) is just bellow.

The only thing we missed was the option to turn on the air conditioner because was too warm.

The bathroom and the kitchen looked new. There are a lot of beds in this apartment, at least in this one that we stayed. One double bed and four individuals. Very spacious apartment and the location was insane, pretty close to the ruins bars and restaurants. The best thing is the price, I think is the best option overall. We had a great time here, without a doubt I would come back to choose this accommodation.

You could not wear shoes inside - never heard of that rule before. Some of our beds were broken and the res made extremely loud noises whenever you moved the tiniest. Could really use an upgrade. In others rooms with beds identical to our it also a sad that the top bunk was only for children under 14 - so maybe that’s why it felt like they would fall down on you

Terrific space with our own room, it was spacious, comfortable beds, clean and excellent storage. The staff were so friendly and helped us with our printing and washing. Easy location near the station and not far to walk to the main attractions. Excellent value for money- would recommend and stay again!
