I was staying in a double room. The soundproofing is kinda poor and the room smells of cigarettes for the whole night. The reception closes early and the curtain is pretty transparent. The cleanliness doesn't match the price at all. The towels provided look sooo old. The overall experience was terrible I would have to say honestly.

The location is great.

I would probably only suggest making curtains partitions between the beds to create a little more personal space for each guest :)

Clean! Bright! Cozy room and comfortable beds. Location is also good! Bathroom is spacious and good maintened. Ladies on staff are very friendly and helpful.

I didn't have any issues during my stay; everything was good.

I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. The common areas were great for meeting other travelers, and the location was perfect for exploring the city

TV was broken and had been for 10 days. Mold on walls. Obnoxious odor in lobby. Only thin sheet on bed no duvet or blanket.

The Hostel didn't feel secure as there was never anyone at reception. My room was right beside the kitchen, very close to the entrance and reception so was very noisy during the night. Someone tried to use their key to enter my room at 1am. The key I was given opens the door to the Hostel and my room door so I wasn't sure if others with keys to other rooms could also open my door. The room smelt badly and there were hairs in the bed and shower so it hadn't been cleaned properly. The room was not furnished like the picture and only 2 towels were given, no hand towel or bathmat and no blanket, extra pillows or rugs like in the photos.

The location is 15 minutes walk to the old town but is close to a busy road.

Location was excelent, across the streets Thereses a bakery and a supermarket, with a park. Marina, Old city and Kolavare beach was at the walking distance from the property.

Really comfortable and good hotel in the very center of the city. With walking distance to the Colovare beach and Zadar old town. Nice personal and everything needed for a vacation.

The building is very old and not clean. Someone had broken the glass of the front door in the middle of the night. After checking out to catch our flight at 3:00, we saw the door was opened. Also, the shower water did not run away and there was some dirt in there upon arriving. In the toilet there was still some unflushed toilet paper. When we listed these things to the owner, he did not want to compensate. Would not recommend this.

The hostel felt very insecure- the door to the room would not just fall shut, you had to lock it, which, out of the 8 people I was sharing with, maybe two would consistently do. The door to the hostel itself (within the building) would fall shut, however, I've returned on several occasions to it just standing open, meaning anyone from the street could get access to the hostel and the room. Additionally, no common room, and no working kitchen apart from a sink and some dishes. No social atmosphere, generally a bit shady. Avoid as a female solo traveller.

Hostel was very close to the old town as well as some Zadar beaches. Bathrooms generally clean, depending on who you're sharing with of course.

This is the first time I've encountered accommodation without any blankets. I discovered there were no blankets at around 11 PM and messaged the owner, but I didn't get any response. The next day, when checking out, I told the receptionist about it. The staff said that no blankets were provided because the weather was hot. Even if it's hot, air conditioning at night still makes blankets necessary. I suggest providing light blankets.

The kitchenette is kinda old, no stovetop, didn't feel very clean.

The hostel is near stores, the city center, the beach, ... The room is comfortable, nothing special. The bathroom is really clean and nice to use.

I really appreciated that the lady on the reception let us check in earlier so that we could have several hours of sleep after the night flight! Other than that, everything was clean and cosy, we could use the common bathroom and fridge. The location is super close to the old town.

As the name suggests, this hostel is a fabulous and unique one. I advise holidaymakers to book their stay there as they will be amazed at this comfortable entity and the good treatment they receive from the wonderful receptionists Enni and Maria! I wish I could book there again for my upcoming future visit to Zadar!
