There was tiny roaches in our room, and out of the blue our fire alarm started going crazy (they fixed it tho)

AC worked good, the bed was comfortable, the personal was really polite and nice, and good water pressure, and a plus we got a gym, a nice pool, and parking.

Sometimes the road noise floats up to the rooms which can be a bother. Not in love with the curtains as not black-out but trendy and lent to the room decor.

The Booking.com site said there was an airport shuttle, but this wasn't available. We're pretty fit, so the short walk from Tumon up the hill to the hotel was fine, but may be a factor to consider for the less physically able.

Convenient for central Tumon. Nice, spacious room. Small gym that no one else used during our stay. Infinity pool.

Beautiful facility, well maintained and great location. I was upgraded for free to a 3 bedroom suite on the 10th floor with a panoramic patio, a mostly private terrace, and beautiful views. They notified me upon checkout that I had been accidentally overcharged by $3 and promptly refunded it. Absolutely exceptional service. Will stay again if I return to Guam!

I did not realize that accessing the beach would involve going through another hotel. That did feel a bit shady, so I think a better explanation would help. Drinking water filter machine worked only on the 4th floor---not too much of a trouble. Overall, for the price of about half of the beach facing hotels that was a great deal.

Staff was extremely accommodating to my early arrival. I mean, 4am early. The room was spacious with actually an awesome bay view. The room feels recently renovated with modern bathroom and a washlet!

Location on the map as advertised in Booking.com is inaccurate - it is shown as being directly on the beach, next door to or part of the Westin. Actually it is a block away, up a steep hill.

Great location close to the beach, on a hill with a lovely view of Tumon Bay. Beautiful pool and spa.

The afternoon traffic in front of the hotel. I don’t blame anything on the hotel though. Just warn guests that getting in and out by car from 5pm to 7pm is nearly impossible.

I liked the customer service of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel itself.

They should replace the towels, Should be whiter. Toiletries should include cotton buds. The location is a challenge to walk, we dared the challenge though.

We arrived around 5 in morning and Chass in the registration counter was so helpful to admit us and looked for us available rooms for early check in (of course with a fee). The lobby is clean and smells good. The dining area is also pretty. Breakfast is not overwhelming simple but filling. Good coffee.

Aircon can’t be adjusted, it’s too cold. Fridge was not working. Bathroom doesn’t have a sliding door so be prepared to wet the floor area
