We had some trouble taking a shower without spreading water everywhere and there was no water at the kitchen's sink. But overall our stay went smoothly.

The host was lovely and very accommodating. She allowed us to stay as much as we wanted past the check out hour the day of your departure since she wasn't expecting anyone else. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the balcony with its nice view and cool.

The bed was not comfortable but that could be fixed with a mattress topper. The WiFi also does not reach the room we stayed in so you had to be on the balcony to use it. But these would not deter me from staying again.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL property. The most perfect location. You are close to the port but not so close that you lose the ambiance of the island. The host is fabulous, she is gracious and kind even letting us check out later. We loved our stay here!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Spetses! The sea view is absolutely amazing — even better than the photos. The apartment offers great value for money, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. What really made the experience even more special was the host, who was incredibly kind and helpful. They were quick to respond when we called for check-in and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Theos Apartments. Our hostess Evilena was so sweet and helpful. She did many extra things to make our stay the best. The property is quite and beautiful. We will return the next time we are in Spetses.

Nothing I did not like.

Great location. 10 minutes walk from the ferries. My studio had a view of hills, covered with olive trees. And from the terrace a gorgeous view of the sea looking at Peloponnese and mountains in the distance. Evelina and her dad are wonderful people. Making sure my stay is comfortable. She gave me a ride to the monastery and St Basil which I really appreciated. The studio was kept very clean (cleaned every other day, )there were snacks, coffee, tea.

Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong inside the apartment. Didn’t find the mosquito electronic plugins until we were leaving. Might have been good to know.

1.some furniture in the room were old, one drawer that didn't open and, 2. television control didn't work properly. 3.The shampoo/shower gel was given in two travel size little bottles but was not enough for our stay. I suggest one refillable wall-mounted bottle, to reduce plastic use and have enough quantity

Everything , the location great as long as you walk along the front ,because it can difficult following google maps because street signs are not used. But once there the views back and front of the apartments are perfect. Spyros your host could not have been better,with information about local restaurants and shops ,perfect.

Spiro was so welcoming. The room was lovely and comfortable. He picked and dropped us to the port. It wasn't far to walk but my friend had been ill so very welcome. The beaches were 5 mins away...the town 10. Lots of tavernas and lovely food 😋. I will definitely be back. Thank you Spiro

Spiros and his doughter are wonderful hosts, always ready to help. The property has a beautiful garden with lemon trees, olives, and flowers. The room was very clean and tidy and has a balcony with great sea view, which we really enjoyed. The proximity of great restaurants that offer fresh fish and Greek specialties is also a bonus. The apartment was spotless. The garden is beautifully kept. Everything was comfortable. In a quiet part of the island but very near all facilities. I will definitely stay there again. A perfect retreat from a busy world.
