The ac wasn't working in our room but they gave us two really good fans and it wasn't too hot.

The staff were super nice and welcoming. Also, the location was excellent, many tourist attractions were at walking distance. The room was very clean and the breakfast very good.

Thin walls so could hear other guests. Horrible brown carpet! Made me wish I’d bought flip flops to wear in room!

Location. Comfortable bed and great air con! Clean bathroom.

The room was very hot and the facilities are basic but you'd expect that for the price I guess. There's no lift so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues or heavy suitcases. Breakfast was OK but the eggs were overcooked and the toast on the cold side but again I wasn't expecting Michelin start restaurant. I'd say that for a very short stay (,we were there only 1 night and only stayed in the room to sleep as we were out all day) it's absolutely fine and good value for money but for a longer stay or if you wnat to spend more time chilling in you room between sightseeing maybe this isn't for you.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very central location, 10 mins walk to Euston railway station, nice area easy to find and it has a 24 hrs reception. It was very clean and my son and I were comfortable(the bed was not massive but very comfortable a d we both slept well). Also breakfast was included in the price which in London isn't always a given. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a central location and planning a short visit.

There was nothing to complain about

Staff were exceptional and friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy and breakfast was top notch. We were down for the Linkin Park concert and I would definitely stay again.

Aircon not working fully, was a very hot weekend

Lovely lady on reception, clean and tidy, comfy bed and pillows. Aircon not working properly but did provide 3 fans. Bathroom looked recently refurbished. Breakfast was good and plenty. Good location and would stay again.

Breakfast was unusual. I suspect the person overseeing it up to 8am on the morning I stayed was the night porter. You have to book a 15 minute arrival slot, due to the size of the breakfast room. I had no problem with that, but then I (2 minutes "late") and a couple (10 minutes early, although the table was free) were "told off" for our time keeping. The cereal selection was fine for a small hotel/guest house, but the cooked selection was take it or leave it and you were told it like that! I asked for brown toast. When white toast arrived, I was told that was all there was. If they'd said, I wouldn't have asked for toast at all.

A very small single room with en suite, but it was all that I needed for an overnight before a business meeting

Not a reflection on the Hotel but our room was very stuffy at the top of the building due to very hot weather. Room had air con but not powerful enough for the extreme heat.

Very Friendly Staff, clean and fantastic location.

Blackout curtains would be better as I found the room wasn't dark enough for sleeping, but that's just my personal opinion.

Excellent location, close to the underground station. very efficient check-in. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was a little on the small side but ok for a short break. Toiletries and lovely soft towels were provided. Lovely breakfast in the morning, cereals and croissants were buffet style and a hot breakfast brought to your table. Breakfast was a booked time slot due to the size of the dining room.

First room we got was on the top floor with no air conditioning and extremely small. Moved the next night to a room that was still very very small for three people but had air conditioning.

Location. Front desk people were very helpful and friendly.

I wasn't particilarly fond of the breakfast; I missed a wholemeal bread option, and the coffee was instant coffee instead of a fresh-brewed version.

The bed and the shower were good. I cooked myself tea on my room and I had a good night's sleep here! The staff were very friendly,

Narrow stairs to carry your luggage to the rooms. We didn't mind it but if you have any difficulties climbing the stairs, this might not be a hotel for you.

Very comfortable and clean room, better than it looked in the photos. Breakfast was surprisingly good too, nothing to complain. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our luggage there before the check in and after check out untill late, which was a huge bonus. The area was safe and quiet and it was still only a few minutes walk from Oxford street and Outernet which you definitely should visit. Soho/Covent garden, great places to eat near by.

If there was one, I don't remember

The people were always ready to help with sincere smiles on their faces. Great location, you can do a lot just walking. Even in a small area, they do their best to accommodate all the guests so they can have breakfast comfortably.

    Single room a bit small.

Perfect for short stays in London, the single room was a bit small but very clean and the area very quiet at night. The staff was very nice and the breakfast included both continental and (vegetarian) full English breakfast.

None of these was a problem for me - but no lift and small room, both are the norm in similiar hotels in this area.

Kind and helpful staff. Room was small - as expected, but perfectly manageable if it’s mostly for a night sleep. Clean room and shower. As the room is facing a back yard, it is surprisingly quiet during the night considering the location. 10–15-minute easy walk from Euston. Good breakfast, both full English and continental – with flexible hours. Radiator heats up the room quickly. Mattress on the soft side – but not too soft, so still comfortable. Free luggage storage. Good water/shower pressure. Overall – excellent value for money for a basic yet completely satisfactory room near Euston.
