They could put more care in the swimming pool area and service. It is also quite expensive for what it is or what it wants to be, but I guess you pay the view. It is also important to note that it is hard to go by foot to Eze old center, it is possible, but you would need to walk on the side of the road with the cars. It is best you take a car but then it is hard to park in Eze so best is to take a taxi/uber. Selection of cocktails and wines at the pool are limited and expensive. The staff at reception are not particularly welcoming or accommodating as you would expect in what it wants to be a fancy hotel.

the view is amazing, the outdoor pool was amazing. The food at the restaurant was good and the overall parking option is nice. It is a good hotel.

I hate to complain, since the hotel does have parking. However, entering the parking was very difficult! One time we waited for 10 minutes to get out of the parking. When you enter, you have to make your way to the parking via a narrow cylinder winding parking and two car can't meet. The light that makes sure each car passes without meeting worked well; however, if you got stuck it could take a while. We had one not so friendly issue with another guest due to the parking.

The pool is nice, but a bit small for the amount of guest. The gym is very limited and has only a few hand weight which were 12kg and heavier. The view from our room, the restaurant and pool was spectacular! The staff were all kind and helpful.

The room with a view was breathtaking, as was the pool and restaurant, the service was really lovely. The room was spacious and clean. A great location to get to nearby attractions, without being in the hustle and bustle.

Smell of our original room. Lack of decor as the hotel could really be beautifully decorated in hallways etc - was very clinical. Area around pool had food just left and then blown around tissues with wind. Staff to clear food around pool would be good.

It is on a hillside with 2 different elevators on either side. Navigating the hotel is a bit challenging

The restaurant was ok. The menu was very limited and the food was just ok. The breakfast was good though.

Stunning location in the cliffs with stunning views of the sea & coastline. Car or taxi needed to get most places but its a walkable distance to Eze old town while nicely away from the crowds

Pool is wonderful and not heated which is good! Location is spectacular, views & fresh air …Staff relaxed helpful and friendly - 5 min drive to Eze ( not far but roads no good for pedestrians) Eze is exquisite!

Location on a cliff below the Moyer corniche .Had to go everywhere by car. Indoor spa had to be paid for. Outdoor pool very cold

Wonderful experience. Staff were welcoming, and very attentive. A perfect location to take in the panoramic mountain and sea views and minutes from the medieval village.
