Short staff when we arrived. The lady at the restaurant was sweeping, moping, taking orders and serving. Should have an extra hand.

One of the rooms I booked got flooded, the TV was not working well, hazy, sound was not working etc Breakfast was ordinary We had dinner out.

I loved the new upgrade facilities and the cottage was better than five years ago. Staff was very helpful and cheerful both front office and Food and beverage staff.

The bed is comfortable and spacious for a single traveller. The AC works, and there is a TV as well. It caters to your needs to find comfort through a long day out at work. Pool is cold during the day which is makes its more better in hot days like summer.

First time visiting. First impressions: Friendly staff very reliable. Evening BBQ was worth the money Large portion. Loved the Beautiful singing during dinner. Overall really enjoyed my stay would definetly go back next time.

Breakfast was a pretty poor selection. No shuttle to the hotel we rung then after 40 mins waiting they said it was on the way and another 30 mins we caught a taxi. Then leaving we asked for thr shuttle and we ended having to pay for a taxi. They shouldn't say they have a shuttle service when there is none. Had messaged then to add another person they said fine and gave us the price but on checking wasn't listed ended up having to change rooms that didn't have much. The room doors were filthy and didn't rate the rooms at all. Communication was very poor through booking.com so not sure if better direct.

Our room was a bit like a cupboard. The remote didn't work and the maintenance guy wasnt working until tomorrow. Limited food options and drink options.

The reception staff insisted on paying for our food that was inedible. It was cold, sent it back, obviously microwaved and heated up the salad. Then insisted we pay for it. Breakfast was terrible also. The Shuttle was agreed for 7am to the airport, arrived at 7.25.

Rooms were dirty, floors hadn't been cleaned. Missing slats on the windows. Eggs at breakfast were grey and inedible. Taxi company the hotel called were slow and unreliable.

Kids loved the pool, the breakfast was okay. Staff weren’t super helpful but I think Fiji people seem quite direct and come across as rude without meaning to.

Quite dirty, bathroom felt like it hadn’t been scrubbed in months. It was fine though for an overnight stay before heading to the islands.
