It was perfect for a transit stay. I checked in late at night and back out in the morning. Staff are very friendly, and food options great. Room was a bit dated, but okay for a 1 night stay near the airport

The rooms looked freshly renovated and were clean. Works are on conference rooms, and reception are on going but very friendly staff and always has a smile for you.

The mattresses and pillows in the first room we were stayed in were very hard and uncomfortable. Room was freezing. The breakfast was great, the only thing is we had to wait 30 minutes for the water to heat before they could poach eggs which was a bit odd. Prices were crazy high because demand was high. For a stay of 12 hours it was not good value.

Very close to the airport and the onsite Japanese restaurant called IKKYU is fantastic. The staff are very helpful. Nice to have live music at the pool on an evening.

Nothing at all- but I think a bit pricey for what it offers

Only stayed here one night on our way back ( had an early morning flight the next day). The room was spacious and clean. On our onward journey we stayed at Fiji Gateway hotel which was about half the price but our room was fairy small in comparison. Didn’t really use any of the facilities. We got packed breakfast ( needed it before the 6 am buffet began) which we ordered for 2 but only received for 1 unfortunately. There’s an ATM in the foyer which was handy.

Not being told when made booking that their were renovations happening during our stay. We traveled in a group of 14 majority children and stayed at Tanoa for 2 nights and the pool was closed.

There was a delay of over an hour collecting us from the airport - required an additional phone call to request shuttle. Pool was shut due to prolonged renovations, which was not declared in advance and there was no specific compensation for this, which would have been nice. Not such an issue for us as was just a one night stay.

Really friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable room. Great little Japanese restaurant on site. Relaxed vibe. Accessible to airport.

The hotel was advertised with a pool however it was closed for 4 months for renovation. This was not advertised at time of booking or communicated to me after the booking. When I asked the hotel staff about the pool I was told 'it was announced on social media'. A bit poor. We were allowed to use another pool at the sister hotel and transport provided but was not regular or reliable so we ended up walking back along the busy road in really hot heat. The pool water was like getting into a warm bath so when in 30 degree heat was not cooling! There were no lifeguards or any supervision but luckily the pool was not deep.

The hotel room was lovely, clean and a good size with good amenities. The breakfast was good and was a varied choice. It was close to the airport and easy to find. There was access to washing machine and dryer too.

The reception staff were a little unhelpful. We were late to one of our tours in Denarau and we asked reception if they could please order us a taxi, to which they kindly said they would. 10 minutes went by and they didn’t do anything and when we asked them where the taxi was they said it was on its way. 20 minutes go by and Suli asked us is we needed help and he kindly called a taxi over in a matter of seconds. A bit disappointing from the reception staff as there was no urgency despite us telling them we were late to our tour. Also very dissatisfied about the lack of financial compensation or any compensation for the lack of pool facilities, which was greatly advertised when we booked the hotel and yet we were not notified about its construction prior to our arrival. Some staff were not very friendly either during our mealtimes.

Suli was a very helpful staff member, he went above and beyond for everyone. The room was pleasant and the breakfast buffet was a great addition, particularly the omelettes were a 10/10. The pizza’s were also amazing.

There was some construction work going on but it was the off peak season anyways and it didn't bother me none.

The lack of communication in advising during booking process that swimming pool will be closed for renovation during our stay. This was one of the main amenities we wanted to have for our children to enjoy the warm weather and stay cool. Also our room had cockroaches and some bugs we had to call room services.

The staff and management were phenomenal with great hospitality. Always there to help and assist.
