Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No meals or served drinks available on-site. This would have made the trip a 10. Looks like there may be work towards this, I hope so!
The rooms were generous and comfortable, the refurbishment of this retro gem has been done beautifully, friendly staff, good views across the bay

Great location to visit Suva city center. Big room, which was recently refurbished. It's got a nice vintage vibe. Balcony is really cosy too.

No opportunities for breakfast/food in the hotel
Excellent room with massive bed, air con, power shower, toiletries and towels included, fridge, cooking facilities and balcony. Good location as well, with decent amount of parking There was a pool with lounging area

Maybe more bathmats for toilet and shower. And an iron for the room, as we had to request the iron from reception, and drop back to reception after use. Maybe for future planning of hotel , include an elevator for higher floors and a gym, as I had to seek alternative training options at the Grand Pacific Hotel.
The two bedroom apartment we booked was very clean, accessible, spacious and nicely renovated! The room fit my group of 4 very well , and as requested for an easily accessible room for the elderly I was travelling with , we were assigned a ground floor room with a lovely view of Suva harbour!

The kitchenette was great, but note limited kitchen utensils are provided. The towels are a bit worn and if you want to go to dinner at a nice restaurant, you'll want to take a cab in the evening but the front desk will not be able to assist in calling a cab for you. We were instructed to walk to the main road and flag one down. It's not the safest scenario for a mature couple dressed for dinner at night in the city.
The location is great for city access to every prime shopping, restaurant, and business. The room is a good size and has a nice pool. We were happy with room and location. We would stay there again.

Loved the location of the hotel, close to the city and is just a walking distance. Loved the view from the hotel, love that it has the stove for cooking.

everything is provide nothing to that i did not dislike in the room setting, because it is fully kitchenet.

Unfortunately Taxis do not like to do pick ups after 5pm so not very convenient if you are planning to go out for dinner in the evenings.
Lovely hotel, room and bathroom are very clean with all the basic necessities supplied. It is walking distance to shops in town. the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom in room 230 had mold forming in the grout, you need house keeping to use mould killer to eradicate it. Bleach won't work. You need mould killer to work. I'd assume all rooms in the facility has mould in the bathrooms, please get rid of it. It's bad for your respiratory system. Another issue I have is that there is no complementary milk available. Even a tiny milk carton would have been good,like 50ml size box.
Good location. Unfortunate that I couldn't make use of the pool. But overall, was a good experience.

Manager mistook us for another guest and almost had an argument with us regarding our room. Tone could have been different.
Best thing was the location of hotel to shopping and transport. Rooms were spacious and facilities great - kitchen and bathroom. Rooms were cleaned and made up everyday. Balcony with view of harbour and the sunset was a plus. Staff were awesome too.

Car parking for rental car/tour pick up is a bit awkward. They not allow anyone park properly to drop off or pickup guests. Electricity out for a whole daytime.
Super clean room, spacious, nice balcony, no mosquitos (a lot of Gatos, so eat all mosquitos). Helpful staff. Close to market
