Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The apartment was fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay easy and pleasant. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our visit. Parking was spacious and convenient. Highly recommended for families looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay.

The location was great!! We were here for our Honeymoon for a few nights. We received a nice welcome note and complimentary drink voucher to celebrate our honeymoon. We felt so special! Amazing breakfast. The staff greeted us in the morning of our arrival date and we were served breakfast and freshly made speciality coffee. Everything was amazing. Highly recommend.

Swimming Pool very small
Location near to public Transport of you are driving I advise leaving your car in the private Garage at extra charge and take the Bus or Train very easy and convenient Staff extremely helpfull We would come back

In the morning, while we were still in bed, the (male) cleaner came into the room and initially refused to leave when we asked him to. We had to tell him several times and insistently. True, we didn't have a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door.
We really liked the pool and the cafe on the roof terrace. The breakfast was excellent.

Location is the only weak point, although public transport is very easily available, making distance not a big issue.

The only complaint was that our room was not ready until 3:30pm as we hung around the lobby from 1:30pm.

The architecture of the building was cool, the pool overlooking the entire Barcelona area was fantastic, the balcony was great, and there were fantastic views of the city, Mediterranean, and the mountains. Gorgeous sunrise and sunset seen from my balcony. I could walk to the beach, the metro, catch a bus or a hop on hop off sightseeing tour bus, all very close walk. The breakfast was by far one of the BEST I have ever seen. The staff were attentive, very helpful, informative, and fun. The room, shower, kitchen, everything was 1st class, new, sleek and comfortable bed, etc.. The restaurant/bar upstairs overlooked the city, Mediterranean, mountains and had really good food. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be back. It is a bit out of the busy tourist area, so if you like that, it's perfect! On the opposite side of the city from the airport, but the metro took you right there.

A bit remote from the Center. The pool was not really clean when we decided to try it.
A modern hotel a bit outside of the Center. Nice views from the rooftop which had a pool. Breakfast was abundant and with good variety. Staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms were nice size and comfortable.

Everything was great. I stayed on the 16th floor, with a view of the entire city and the sea. The rooms were of very high quality. The metro and trams were just a 5–7 minute walk away, and a supermarket was only 2 minutes away. The food and the pool on the 17th floor were the best part of the experience. The beach was also just 14 minutes away.
