Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There is nothing I did not like. :)
We had a wonderful stay here! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and welcoming – something you don’t experience often anymore. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for. The room and the whole property were spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect – quiet, yet still close to everything you need. We loved that bikes were available for guests, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The bikes provided by the hotel are okay for short rides, but I’d recommend renting from a professional bike rental shop if you plan to cycle longer distances – just for more comfort. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we would absolutely come back. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

There’s nothing not to like about this place
Everything was great, the location was great, amenities on point and they even had separate toiletries for the kids, the kitchen was well equipped, the staff went over and beyond for everything. Our family of 4 with 2 kids loved the stay. Oceanograph tickets are available with the staff, so no need to stand in queues.

Sometimes there was a slight smell coming from the sink and the fake leather of chairs at the table was breaking, but nothing that would have affected my stay.
Clean and modern room, friendly staff and in a good location, outside the old town but in the city center and well communicated. Lots of bars & restaurants in walking distance. I can really recommend a stay here!

There is not wardrobe in the room , we are 4 people and it was difficult to manage with clothes. No hang dryer , after beach there is no place for dry our clothes

The location was wonderful. Near enough to the main city centre by walking and even closer by bus. It was also well connected as there was a bus stop a minute away from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable - able to fit two adults and a 4yo very comfortably. There were utensils provided in the kitchen which allowed for breakfast and snacks in the room as well as a fridge which we could stock up. I would have liked to have the hotel provide breakfast but there was a cafe and supermarket within 2 minutes walk. The air conditioning was brilliant! The windows also had shutters which blacked out the room at night and was perfect in the mornings as it would stay dark until we were ready to sleep. Overall very pleased with our stay and I’d happily recommend to anyone. Great for families too - the ladies at the reception were lovely and my daughter grew very fond of them for the duration of our trip.
