The hotel has excellent and very friendly staff. The rooms are clean, there is a hot water heater and hair dryer. The hotel has a very beautiful rooftop and breakfast is also included. Our stay was for three nights and we extended the stay for two additional nights to end our tours in Cairo. They arranged our tours in Cairo and places The ancient Coptic and the Hanging Church in Old Cairo, as well as most Islamic places in addition to the pyramids and the Museum of Civilization

Exceptional value for money for a property in a truly strategic position for visiting pyramids and Cairo, the metro station where two lines meet is just outside the door. Very kind staff, very comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning, large bathroom, fridge. Unfortunately due to the central location on the square, the room is a bit noisy due to the incredible traffic of the city. If you arrive by taxi, ask the driver to call the hotel, who will explain precisely where the hotel is located (the entrance is not very visible and the rooms and reception occupy the top 2 floors of the building). Good breakfast, served on the splendid terrace, but not as a buffet: for a European it certainly lacks a bit of "dessert" and a bit of fruit. The range of bathroom products is not very wide, it is better to bring something from home (there are no minimarkets in the immediate vicinity). Internet is not very fast but it works. The Egyptian museum is 200m away, a McDonald's and some excellent clubs (Carol Bar) can even be reached on foot or in a few minutes by taxi.

Everything was great. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was sandwiches of foul and Egyptian taameya. It was great. I will come again.

I enjoyed my stay there. It exceeded my expectations. The location is amazing. The staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is simple but good. They arranged my tours to giza, nile cruise dinner and alexanderia. It was very good tours with affordable prices. I recommend this hotel.

Great location. They also offer reasonable priced tours. We had dinner and entertainment cruise on the River Nile which was fantastic. I highly recommend. Our driver/guide spoke very good English and explained everything to us before we got there. He was super helpful and friendly and even became our personal photographer. Thanks for adding to our experience in Cairo, I highly recommend the tours they offer!

Affordable if you're on a budget. - Great location, smack dab in the middle of Tahrir square, a stone throw's away from the Egyptian Museum & Sadat metro station. Guided tours of Cairo & Alexandria, safari trips to the desert, as well as Nile cruises can be booked through the hotel upon arrival. - Nile cruise is highly recommended, whether you're interested in the lushy green views around the Nile, the history of the ancient Egyptian civilization, or simply lounging in the pool on a sunny day.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is located directly in tahrir Square. It's 3 minutes .walking to the ancient Egyptian museum. 5 minutes walking to the nile River. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is yummy and delicious. The staff are helpful and friendly. They helped me to organise my tours in egypt, and I enjoyed my tours to pyramids and the nile cruise dinner

I had a room with a balcony and that made for some car noise.

One of the best places in downtown, but I have visited many places, this is one of the best. They have a rooftop for breakfast. During my stay, they prepared Countryside breakfast and Egyptian breakfast like foul and taameya. They organized a trip for me to the pyramids and the Mohamed Ali Mosque. I advise everyone to visit it. I will come again.❤

- hot water didn’t run properly - wifi is bad - i booked for airport pick up, driver did not show up. i called, they did not pick up - dirty - wardrobe is broken - i asked for a receipt, receptionist promised to send, but did not send it after all avoid this hotel

The room promised as per booking was two single beds large room with balcony. But they gave me only a single room small. Towel was not provided the day I checked in.
