Breakfast was basic - it could improve more in terms of variety- at least one more option It was very cold in February we had to ask for extra blankets but were given duvets. The heater of the aircorn was not working so that did not help. This hotel would be great in summer. Remember to give your room key to reception in the morning so that they can clean your room - we didn't realise this on the 1st day.

The location was excellent. Walking distance from a lot of shops/restuarants, the nile, cairo tower, Egyptian museum etc. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They understood english very well. The hotel organized our tours for us at a good rate although expect to pay more for the Giza pyramids when you get there. The beds were very comfy. They arranged an airport transfer for us at an additional charge. I would recommend doing this as it will help you to find the hotel.

It's a little cold at night, either the heater didn't work or I did something wrong. To find the location of the hotel was a little bit challenging. Please put a sign in the elevator to show that it's on the 5th floor, then it would be perfect :)

The first room we got had a broken window, second smelled extremely like tobacco smoke so we changed a third time, this time the room was good… Also, you have to ask for towels/toilet paper/shower gel yourself, no one offers you new ones after a few days. Breakfast is really bad, I would recommend going to any of the nice cafes around and getting something much better for less cost.

Very nice and helpful staff, arranged some very nice tours for us as well (Alexandria with Sayed, we loved it!). Hotel is perfectly located and views are really nice!

very minor but there was no toilet roll in the room but once asked for it was delivered as soon as possible.

The accommodation was good. The bed was comfortable. They let us choose which bedroom choose. The bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper; had to ask for one. They didn’t have spare blanket for the twin beds; but it was given upon request. They have some good tours. We got a driver organised through them. He was polite and friendly. There is a bit of noise in from outside (like most of Egypt. It’s normal) The receptionist were very helpful in organising tours where we travelled to Alexandria. This accommodation is safe and you are not on edge when in the accommodation as they have security.

It is not soundproofing.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable especially Saleh. He would escort me to get a taxi when he is working. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Cairo.

There was no hot water in the shower. I paid for a deluxe king room and was given a double room for the first night. Upon raising it with the staff, they transferred us to a king room for our second night

The room we were given had no windows

The place was at the centre of the Cairo city and really good. The outside doesn’t show how clean the hotel. The room we were given was very clean and most of the furniture looked new to me and well maintained. The breakfast features bread, egyptian bread, some jam, jelly, eggs and choice of tea or coffee. The hotel staff was very helpful accommodating any requests we made to them.

I was confused by the directions. You have to enter a large gated area, walk in an outdoor corridor, there's a wide open space, head up the stairs, past a vacant desk, find the elevator hidden in the corner, and head up to the fifth floor, I believe. The place is a bit hidden, but in plain site.

Honestly, I don't remember very much about this hotel.

Very good location! Close to the metro and the Egyptian Museum of Cairo. Hot water was great and especially the water pressure was really good. Also, having KFC nearby (1min from hotel) was a life saver for me hehe

No space in the bathroom to store your toiletries and towel.

Great location. They also offer reasonable priced tours. We had dinner and entertainment cruise on the River Nile which was fantastic. I highly recommend. Our driver/guide spoke very good English and explained everything to us before we got there. He was super helpful and friendly and even became our personal photographer 😂. Thanks for adding to our experience in Cairo, I highly recommend the tours they offer!
