United KingdomFood was ok, meat options were limited but salads and vegetables were great. Music went on late, one night till nearly 12 which may be an issue for some.
Had a lovely stay, great room, very comfortable, beautiful pools, loads of facilities. Staff were all great, Diaa on the front desk couldn't have been more helpful. Hotel has a private reef accessible by a walkway which was stunning.

TurkeyWe were made to feel very special from the moment we entered the hotel until the moment we left. I want to thank Diaa at reception, Housam and Mokhtar at the restaurant, and Amr at the bar. I chose this hotel because of its unique feature: a private reef, which offered unparalleled opportunities for snorkelling and scuba diving. I never experienced an issue such as asking for a tip or being disturbed in a similar way, which is very common in Egypt. The hotel's facilities and food were excellent. When I come to Sharm-El Sheikh, it is a hotel where I can stay again without hesitation.

TurkeyIts always a lottery to go to a new hotel you never been before. This resort exceeded expectations from the beginning to the end of the rest. Reception welcomed us with night snacks as we arrived at 1 a.m and kid was hungry. Territory is very nice, gardeners work hard to keep it green and blooming. Beach is clean, stuff controls cleaness everywhere permanently. Its always enough sun chairs and no need to rush early morning to reserve a place. A lot of various food in the restaurant. Very yummy. Bars serve guests politely and friendly, drinks are fine as well (drinkable). I would emphasize the moment this is also management well deserved success on top of that. Staff is disciplined, well well-trained to service guests and the atmosphere is friendly. Special thanks to reception (Mr. Mohmed Sakr) for assistance to back forgotten documents and money upon our return at home. He and his colleagues were very responsible to keep our stuff safe. Thanks a lot!!!!

ItalyI’ve been in Sharm el Sheikh quite a few times lately, but I have to say that Sharm Club is the best resort so far. Everything is outstanding, from the accommodations to the restaurants. Walking around the resort gives you the idea of being in heaven. Well manicured gardens, and extremely clean public places gives you the comfort to be home. Would I recommend this place ? Without any doubts.

United KingdomNo WiFi in the rooms and poor signal around the resort. This is the only thing letting this property down and the management/owner needs to resolve this. We had to extend our stay in Sharm but decided to move hotel because of the WiFi!
Beautifully kept, clean and peaceful resort. All staff were amazing. Food was wonderful. Cannot fault the resort and would have marked it as a 10, except the WiFi was not acceptable for a resort of this standing.

United KingdomI will start by saying that our stay was beyond perfect - we were blown away from the very beginning. The staff in extremely friendly and helpful and couldn’t be more pleased to help us with whatever request we’ve had. The resort was perfect for our needs - a bit out of the crowded área but close enough to all major locations. It is quiet in the way of resting and recharging though there are plenty of daily activities. Beaches and pools on both sides of the resort to pick from, we loved the Adrenalina beach where we stayed for 2 days in a row. The gardens are amazing and well maintained, and the service is beyond words. Many, many thanks to Mohamed in Shahrazad Restaurant - he is the perfect host, and also to Mohamed at reception for being so accommodating.

ItalyThe animation was a little noisy - although the room was placed as far away as possible, still it was possible to hear several noises during the night. However, the staff did everything possible for us to have as quiet of a room as possible, which was not too big of a deal.

SwitzerlandA few points to improve : the free wifi at the reception is very bad (I couldn't send pictures via Whatsapp), so it becomes necessary to pay wifi if you need internet. It's a pity that there isn't many egyptian food on a daily basis but rather an egyptian evening per week. I would prefer to have more egyptian food than international. Sometimes the staff of animation was too pushy, when you said no for an activity, they keep on pressuring you to participate. Hana from the beauty salon was the kindest but I wouldn't recommend the facials cure as I have the feeling we have different quality standards in Europe. Concerning the room, it's too bad the balcony floor didn't got cleaned and they were also changing towels everyday even though we hanged them to keep them as per their policy.
The scenery of the hotel was wonderful, it was just beautiful everywhere you looked. A lot of different places to relax. The staff of the hotel was the kindest (particularly at the reception, the gardeners, the lifeguards, the waiters, everyone). The olympic pool is a big plus (don't forget your swimming stuff if you're a swimmer). The food was very good. It was very calm and warm in February. We loved experiencing the different beach spots. The snorkelling areas were incredible. The rooms were beautiful. The massage was very good and the lady was very friendly. The pizzas are also delicious.

Diaa on the reception was very helpful and made sure we had a pleasant time. Even when we had a day tour outside the hotel , they made sure to prepare some snacks box to take , which was so lovely from them. The food is great and there is a huge variety, the beach is amazing with the coral reef.

FinlandThe wifi hotel offers is very slow.
Great place. All basics were good: everything was clean, water pressure in shower was fine and temperature in room was pleasant. There was a home reef right in front of the hotel and walkways to get past the reef to swim. The hotel staff and manager were excellent. We had a very late return flight home. There was no availability for late check-out but they allowed us to spend the whole day at the resort with all-inclusive benefits. This was really great and well appreciated, it saved our whole day. We were able to even dine in the nice lebanese restaurant. Hotel is situated a bit away from the city center. It’s peaceful. We took taxis through booking.com (from airport) and through Sharm Taxi -app (to city center) and it worked well.

GermanyAs everywhere in Sharm, Dahab and Nuweibaa, you should know that there are some mosquitos outside. So pack some mosquito spray and you will be fine.
Overall my experience was so positive, that I decided to delay my flight and stay a bit longer. The resort is located directly on the coast with strips of beach and places for swimming. It is situated in a beautiful well-kept garden. My room was as described and looked like on the pictures, very clean and very well maintained. The shower section curiously also had a bench to sit on, which is nice for people of limited mobility. The choices for food are very large and varied with a large selection of Egyptian-style as well as european-style options. I usually don't attend evening entertainment and music, but here I found the music positive and relaxed, not too loud and not to obnoxious. At night it was quiet and relaxing. Apparently the resort seems to take environmental issues into account and is utilizing solar power, which I like. In summary, the overall resort is beautiful, very well maintained and clean, the staff is friendly and attentive. I would like to come back next time.
