We had a wonderful stay at the resort! Everything was great – the service was excellent and the staff were all very kind and helpful. Parts of the hotel are still under renovation, but thankfully it wasn’t noisy or disruptive. Pest control could be improved, especially to reduce the number of flies in certain area. Animation team needs to increase their activities

I had a great time at Desert Rose everything about the beach and the views was simply amazing. I loved it, The stage shows were entertaining, and the pools were really nice. The food and restaurants were okay nothing exceptional, staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely eager to serve and make us feel comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Milad at Palm Restaurant. He was consistently following up with us every day, showing great cooperation and kindness. Also, a big shoutout to the Housing Manager and his team they were all fantastic! All of this was made even better with the support of Miss Samar Elnobey thank you for your help and attention throughout our stay.

The Grounds – A Real-Life Eden The hotel’s territory is massive and breathtaking—lush palms, vibrant flowers, and blooming trees everywhere. The air smells like jasmine and sunshine, and I couldn’t stop taking photos of all the greenery. It’s like walking through a tropical painting! Food – Delicious & Kid-Approved! The dining options were solid and satisfying—maybe not Michelin-starred, but definitely tasty with great variety. Even my picky eaters were thrilled (a miracle!). The dinner buffet was a highlight: fresh pastries, juicy grilled meats, crisp veggies, and the sweetest watermelons I’ve ever tasted. Pro tip: Don’t skip dessert! Staff – Above & Beyond The team here is next-level kind. A huge shoutout to **Mahmoud El Amin**, our housekeeper, who kept our room spotless and surprised us daily with adorable towel art. Our room was modern, clean, and had the perfect poolside view—waking up to swaying palms was a vibe. The Lagoon & Sea – Perfection for Families The water was so clear and calm, even when the open sea was stormy—ideal for kids! All staff were friendly and helpful. Food was great and access to all facilities. Good value for the money paid. Guest relation Samar was a such a great person. She welcomed us on arrival and assisted with checked in, did not wait for long to get into our booked room also she did her best to make us happy and satisfied during our stay. I loved the hotel! It was my first visit to Desert Rose, and I wanted to spend few days there as the new architecture caught my attention. I reserved the Deluxe room and the place looked amazing! One point to consider is that the deluxe rooms are in the same building from the reception, so it’s at the most distanced point from the restaurant and the sea. There will be some walking distance. Maybe next time I will reserve in an older building to be nearer to the 2nd half of the hotel. The lagoon, although not direct clear sea water, it had some color, but it was perfect for a relaxing swim and for the kids to enjoy. The pools were nice, there were 2 and another one that was closed and an aqua park. Also there was an arcade games part in the kids area. There were also hammocks everywhere for relaxation. Also they offer cinema in the Stage for the kids which was really nice. The food was really nice, good variety and quality, with a daily different cuisine. I loved how the waiters were always proactive everywhere in the restaurant or the bars (not waiting to be called). And of course, shout out to Mr. Milad, the restaurant manager, for his amazing hospitality as he called and met us in person for checking if we have any special requests in the food! Thanks a lot

The Standard rooms and suites are very disappointing: old, not renovated, not clean, and far below even a 3-star level. • The difference in quality between room types is huge – it’s like staying at two completely different hotels depending on your room category.

I recently stayed at Desert Rose Resort in Hurghada, and overall, I had a pleasant stay – but I want to give an honest and helpful review for future guests. The Superior, Premium, and Deluxe rooms are amazing: clean, modern, renovated, and truly 5-star quality. Very comfortable and well-maintained. • The resort grounds are beautiful, with large pools, lush gardens, and direct access to a lovely beach. • The main buffet restaurant has a wide variety of delicious, fresh food. • There are three à la carte restaurants – French, Mexican, and Lebanese – with great service and tasty food. • Staff are excellent everywhere, especially Mina at the Palm Restaurant, and the teams in the Mexican and Lebanese and French restaurants – very friendly and professional. • Great overall ambiance, perfect for a relaxing vacation

The resort was beyond our expectation .. the room was exactly like the pictures so luxury . The staff were so helpful and friendly and welcoming especially Ms. Samar she make our stay perfect . We book a private snorkeling tour from the hotel and it was the star of our star . The hotel is a perfect place for family with children or elderly couples . It full with activities and shows and life . There is several restaurants and I recommend you to try the seafood . Also , I recommend to book the room with all inclusive . The hotel is huge and so busy so if you want more quiet place this is not the place .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Desert Rose resort and I must say it was an astonishing experience. The resort's facilities and activities were nothing short of amazing, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and enjoyment.
