Unfortunately, we had a terrible night's sleep. They had several Xmas parties at the hotel and the noise was unbearable. We were staying the night to catch an early night the next morning. However, the partying kept going until 3 am. despite several complaints. I requested the next morning for a refund as we hardly slept, and all they could do was to apologise which cost nothing. As a hotel, it would have been a nice stay if not for the partying.

We stayed one night. Itis close to airport, and the rooms are fairly large. The location is also close to a modern shopping mall which has a variety of food outlets.

We stayed just before New Year's Eve and there were huge parties being held on the ground floor, which literally kept the whole hotel up until 2-3am, which is not ok when you have just been on a 12 hour flight! The pool area and restaurant area were closed off due to the events, which we were not warned about when we booked.

Great location, you can just walk to the shopping centre next door and very close to airport.

The hotel had issues with its air conditioning system. There was NO AC in the room. The room was at 24 degrees when we got there and, even after setting the thermostat at 18 degrees and letting it run all.night, the temperature in the room was 25 degrees at 26 in the morning. We were asked for our email upon departure and we're told that we would be compensated, but it has now been 5 days and we have not heard from management.

Check in took a very long time. Instead of offering a secure check in portal, the hospital staff took pictures (!!) on their telephone from our kids' passports. On the first night of our stay, both restaurants were closed due to a wedding and t was very loud. Normally I don't mind, but I would have appreciated the courtesy of letting us know upon booking. Breakfast was a disaster.

The Hotel is close to the airport and next to a very big Shopping Mall with good restaurants, a movie theatre and international brands.

stay for 12 nights left to come back again made reservations before left when come back gave us a room in 206 so close to the noise. I requested a room looking at the other side of the building 4 or 5 floors . I CANT BELIEVE THEY COULDNT. SATISFY A CUSTOMER. also we didnt have a safe deposit box????? where do you keep your valuables???????????? I wont stay here ever..... WE WILL COME BACK FOR A MONTH DECEMBER TO THE SHERATON.

Sink did not drain, toilet would not flush, shower in the morning only had hot scalding water, no cold water so could not take a shower. Unacceptable bathroom facilities. We have stayed at this hotel often over the last 10 years, but hotel has gotten worse. We May not stay here again.

Loud music and crowd noise blared from one of the meeting rooms until 3 AM. A call at 9PM receiced only the lie that the music would end at midnight The staff offered to move us up one floor, but the rooms all surround an open atrium, so the sound echoes throughout the building. At any cost, guests expect a quiet night's sleep, but at these prices before an early flight? Totally unacceptable.

I would suggest checking that extractor from the frying section of the restaurant, since after breakfast, all my working clothes smelled cooking fumes. Also, no working areas in the hotel where I could sit with my colleagues and collaborate. The building and furniture looked kind of old. The view from my room was a ceiling with the AC equipment.

It is very loud. My room was on the first floor and there was a band playing. I had been flying all day and needed sleep. That was impossible. Attempts were made to move me to higher floors, but until I went up to floor number six, the sound persisted. Ultimately I had a nice room and a good sleep and the staff was very accommodating.

There was a party being held at the property that made sleeping impossible. After checking in and telling the hotel we had a 3:00am flight, we were unable to sleep with all the noise. I would suggest before stay at this property to ask if they'll be having a party because it doesn't appear there are any rooms from which you would not hear the noise. We were eventually moved but could still here the noise.

The room was sparsely decorated there were no chairs or tables to sit and have a cup of coffee. The only place to sit were the beds or the desk. The coffee maker did not work.

The hotel has secured underground parking. The restaurant was nice and the food and waitstaff were good.

Several things were closed during my stay, like the sauna, swimming pool. This would have been a deal breaker if I had known prior to booking.

Since we didn't arrive at the hotel until 8:30 pm, we couldn't book another. The room we got was not to be rented without warning. It stank like urine and stale. Airing it did not help. It was so loud in the room (without interruption) because of the ventilation system right outside the window that no earplugs helped and a sleepless night ensued. The price for such a room is exorbitant. This room does not meet a normal standard (no smell and no noise).

Staff was friendly; breakfast was good. Airport transfer was for free. Airport Hotel: 5 min from Airport by car.

All of the amenities, pool, sauna, gym, etc, are under construction until late may 2023. Booking .com didn't show any indication that the facilities were not going to be operational

I made a request to get two rooms next to each other, the hotel confirmed it was settled, but when we got there they initially gave us two separate rooms. We had to wait for the request to be granted. The gym and pool were not opened and the booking app or the hotel didn't made that clear before I made the reservation. If I knew that was the case I would have searched for other options

I reconfirmed the airport transfer but they weren’t there. Had to wait over 1 hr. Also found out it was hourly which was inconvenient for the flights to Galapagos. It had breakfast included but they did not start until 6:30am. If I would have know this I would of stayed elsewhere for the price. Reservations were for 2 but room had 1 coffee cup and only decaf coffee.
