Check in was seriously understaffed and single staff member working it rather unfriendly.

Wonderful room on top floor with a balcony. Very cosy bed! Late night bar hours good for unwinding after visiting a concert at Olympic Stadium. Single staff member during late hours very friendly and efficient.

I didn't like that one of the rooms we booked was next to the elevator and the sound it made was extremely loud. It was really annoying every time someone had to use it. Also the staff could be a little more friendly.

We had a nice stay in the hotel. The hotel is located very close to a bus stop so we could use public transportation to visit the city. The rooms were clean and with enough facilities for us. The breakfast was abundant and varied. We even had dinner in the hotel one day very late at night.

The room was quite small, but we didn't really mind because we were outside all day.

We stayed at the Niu Brass for 2 days and enjoyed it very much. Great value for the money. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. It had everything we needed and another plus was that our room was on the side where there was no traffic, so it was quiet. The city centre is easily reachable with a subway which is around 10-15 minutes of walk from the hotel.

You could try to fault them for the sometimes slow elevators or the very compact (okay, possibly cramped bath-) rooms but really this is an excellent place for the price!

Unassuming but funky and very enjoyable place with character and a bed that you can melt into and sleep like the dead. Very clean and well designed if small room with great water pressure in the hot shower and toiletries so nice you end up buying one to take back with you. The place was bright and airy and the dinner and breakfast delivered on simple but good quality food. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

I travel with my cat and the hotel charges 15 euros per night for the pets. In another hotel, it is 10 euros per night. The location is a little far. I had to take a bus first then the subway. At night, when I opened the window, it was noisy.

As we arrived, there was some puke in front of the elevator. We informed the staff at the check-in counter, she acknowledged that. As I checked out on the next there, the puke was still there and you could still see it as it got dry and apparently no one cleaned it. If it were someone at the blind corner, I would understand that, but not at the public area where every guess can assume that you are lack of attention and cares. It unfortunately didn’t get improved after informed.

The desk was too tiny to sit and work at. The beds were too hard for my taste- but thats just a matter of opinion. The design of the showers are also so that the floor in the bathroom gets wet. Lacking a space to put bags in. The prices were a bit inflated due to IFAT-fair, but that was common for all the hotels that week in and around Munich. (still brings value for money down)

The rooms were fresh and clean. The AC worked well even if it was slightly noisy. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The location was ok, just follow the street and you arrive at the Subway/Metro/U-station. Good supply of electricity outlets (including both USB type A and Type C connections for chargers)

It was a bit off the city but since I knew that while booking it’s not really that I disliked it.

I really loved the comfy bed and the spacious room as well as bathroom. Got a great night sleep & a great deal!

I was expecting a large bed, instead we got two beds put together which is quite annoying. Also the bed was quite hard so I didn't sleep that well.

Not a major flaw, but important to consider that apart from Olympiapark the location is a little away from most attractions in Munich.

Great value for money, and ideally located if you want to visit the Olympiapark or want to attend an event there. My room was comfy, clean, and quiet, despite the hotel being very busy with concert goers.

Staff weren't very forthcoming,, a little impersonal. Would have appreciated a smile and a little information about the hotel at check in. It's not so much fun to have to look it up online.

The staff knocked too often, the housekeeper, and the officer who checked and brought the free drink card to the room.

The rooms have comfortable beds, are quiet, very clean, and have nice details. The lobby, restaurant, and bar are simple, accessible, and the staff have great helpful services.
