Only let down was cleanliness, room was not clean is some parts, notably I had to personally clean the toilet seat with a wet soapy tissue as it had faint marks from previous guests - gross lol

Great value for money, good location - near to Olympia park and the English gardens, staff were friendly & helpful. Good facilities and overall design. Small rooms but completely reasonable considering the price!

I found one of receptionist rude while refusing our early check in. I understand rules, it was just a request. I was expecting an eye contact with a good communication while we are talking. Plus, did not like that he was shouting behind myself to ask my room number while I was passing to breakfast area in the morning.Apart of this guy, other staffs who did our check in and service to us they were lovely.

The air was veeery dry, almost couldn't breathe because of it. Room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke.

The price of the hotel was very good. I liked the design, it's more like aimed at young adults, breakfast was veeery good. Hotel is very close to BMW museum, which was what we needed. Very good value for money. Staff was very nice, especially at breakfast. Would recommend. :)

I booked a bigger room with a balcony, but the lift made noises that I could hear all night. So I changed my room the next day, but both rooms had a very small table that couldn’t fit my laptop, and the chair in the room was very uncomfortable.

The breakfast area was small and crowded, but I liked the breakfast.

For starters, the bathroom looks at first glance quite fancy, but then there is a shower curtain instead of a glass wall. This curtain is too short, so all the water goes underneath onto the whole bathroom floor, even when showering carefully. Another thing is that the construction of the hotel feels a bit cheap. When you walk on the floor, you can hear the floor. As in, it’s thin and people underneath you can hear you walk. You can hear people walk on the hallway from inside the room. But it’s all okay, we haven’t had too much disturbance this. And we don’t expect too much for this price. Last minus point, was the breakfast. There were some options in food, but we found it pretty limited. There were some bread options, but limited things to put on it, plus it runs out quickly. There was a pancake machine, which is fun, but the pancakes are very dense and a bit rubbery. There was scrambled eggs, but they run out quickly. There were bananas and apples in full form, but no mixed fruit salad or cut pieces of fruit. There were many tea options, but the coffee is not so great. And the cups run out quickly. Many things run out quickly and it takes ages to be refilled. I will say, we were here during Easter weekend, so the hotel was jam packed, so it was even worse. But we have been before to the Niu hotel in Dusseldorf during a quiet time, and even then the breakfast ran out super quickly and got refilled way too slow. When you do get the food, it’s pretty okay in terms of flavor.

We came for the BMW museum. We chose this hotel based on the location. That was a great move, because you can park for free in the streets behind the hotel and walk in 18 min to the BMW museum. The hotel is fine. It looks nice, the room looks nice, most of the staff is nice. We had a comfortable stay, especially the beds are super comfy. However, there are some small minus points and weird things.

Amazing Experience. My wife really loved everything specially the Breakfast. Everything was very neat and Modern (Latest TV as well) and beds were super comfy.

Mind the location! There are transportation means to the city center, but the trip involves anyway walking distances.
