Kitchenette was not equipped. On request a pot and pan was delivered, but no kitchen knives, liquid to do dishes, kitchen towels etc. the fridge ias more like a mini bar with some small extra space, so you have to drink a lot before you can store food.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is superb, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others!

Everything was fine.

The hotel is located close to the Potsdamer Platz. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was very big, clean and comfortable with a super comfy bed. The hotel has a well-equipped gym. The breakfast is rich and tasty, maybe the plates could be a bit bigger, but it's no big deal.

Exceptional staff, extremely clean, great breakfast. Location was convenient. They provided us with a map and umbrellas. The room was so comfortable. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Superb experience and will return again in the future.

Perfect location, super comfortable rooms, the spa is fantastic , the breakfast area a paradise, the Michelin star a piece of heaven the staff fantastically trained. The beds perfect to have a great sleep.

Issues with the lift which prevented us from accessing the room at the checkin. These were resolved in 10 minutes. Also furniture seemed a little dated.

The pillows were very soft and German. Would be good to have other options for side sleepers. Shower was a bit clogged but ok.

Breakfast was phenomenal. The cured salmon … wow. The rooms were cozy and so quiet. Impeccable cleaning. Location was good for business.

I think we had what is probably the best room in the hotel - consume the review with that in mind! We stayed for five nights. Stunning suite - everything ultra new and clean. Michelin two star restaurant in the hotel but we preferred the bar Qiu. Lovely staff and a very helpful bartender recommending things to do in both Berlin and Hamburg - our next destination. All towels, sheets etc. changed every day. Turndown service at night. Welcome platter and daily refresh of strawberries and chocolates. The location at Potsdamer Platz is right in the centre of Berlin with easy access to both S and U-bahn. Taxis right outside if you prefer. One of the best hotels we've stayed in - and we've been to a few ....

The breakfast was not included and was quite expensive. Some of the staff was busy chatting at the reception instead of attending to customer needs, such as clients waiting in vain for a broken elevator.

The location is outstanding and the rooms are clean, updated, and comfortable. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance, as is the Potsdamer Platz.

Great staff! Roomy closets. Not super chic design or Berlin vibe but tasteful enough. Alexanderplatz not so charming but very central. And Tiergarten is great for morning runs!

Room had kitchen area including a hob but lacked any kitchenware to actually use the hob. Bit strange but one to be wary of if you’re booking for this purpose Bathrooms felt in need of capex

If I had to mention something would be just the shower gel scent. I would expect something more eclectic than a plain lemon!

The only negative was on our final morning prior to departure. We had an early pickup for the airport, prior to breakfast hours. The hotel staff arranged to have a care package for my wife and I which was much appreciated. The only negative was that we asked for vegetarian and the sandwiches provided contained meat and cheese. The staff were very apologetic but it was too late to remedy this. Overall, this was the only negative and I would highly recommend the Mandala.

Beautiful, luxurious hotel adjacent to Potsdamer Platz. Very accommodating staff, exceptional breakfast in a beautiful setting.
