It was the Center of redlight street with full of drugs addict people not safe .

Used water glass in corner of the room from previous guest I assume. The sheet had a black footprints on them so I got new sheets from reception. There were people in the a.m. on the street outside the hotel trying to take my suitcase off me due to the area of the hotel, one must be assertive, firm and quick on their feet.

Amit was very friendly and reassuring, The hotel is in a bit of a polarizing area especially if you had not read the reviews and had just got off a 30+ hour flight. Staff gave me extra sheets free of charge. Was surprisingly quiet during the night.

The environment outside the hotel. It’s dirty and sleazy outside with undesirable people loitering around. Not a place to walk out for a woman.

1. The hotel was located in a slum area. When we arrived there were homeless and intoxicated people yelling and loitering in front. Very scary and unsafe. 2. Room was so small. Two people could not walk around at the same time. 3. Duvet was dirty and dead roach was on floor. Very noisy during night.

All in the room is not good enough and not cleaned the Matratze are not comfortable and the beds are different from what I have seen in the website they are single beds and smoll. Not Double Bed as I have reserved..The bathroom is very poor and not cleaned. No Serveat. The Neber rooms are crowded spically in Nights and early Morning. The a Mount of Money that I have paid is to much for what I have got. The chaick in is very Trotter and sells .the Internet is very slow and cutting some Times. I was I herrbule Night .

General cleaning is not good. All the furniture is old and dirty. The location is very good but the area is too dangerous.

We requested the TV to be tuned in on numerous occasions and had no tv for the entire visit. We left one day and had 1/4 roll of toilet paper, on our return that night there was no rolls at all!!

The reception experience was subpar, as they were consistently occupied with their phones, neglecting customers present. Despite booking a room with two separate beds, we were informed later that only one person was allowed. After negotiations and an additional payment of 10 euros for the disjointed beds, we faced another charge of 40 euros for a single-bed room, higher than the online booking rate. Reluctantly, we paid to avoid losing our reservation. To add to the frustration, a city tax of approximately 3 euros was imposed. Given the late hour, we felt compelled to stay despite the issues, as finding an alternative hotel seemed impractical at that point

Bathroom was disgusting, shower door was broken, shower head was full of limescale. Area was full of druggies. I'd rather pay more and stay elsewhere.

I was very disappointed with my hotel room. It was dirty and noisy. There was also a lot of noise coming from the hallway, which made it difficult to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Reception ask me for additional fees, and after paid, they gave me a closet to sleep, I didn't stay in the hotel, just booked another one, and avoid arguments.

The place is right in the middle of right light district. You get the smell of marijana in the room. Loud place - banging etc etc etc

The district is terrible. Not recommended for families. Keys must be returned to reception when leaving the room, which is unusual and I'd prefer it to be voluntary. Also staff act they don't care about anything which didn't make a good impression.

The room itself was great. Everything you need in a hotel of that prize level. Since second night we get a fan without asking for it and that pleased us during hot summer nights. Also hotel is closed to train station.
