We are family of four. We arrived at the property by our rental car very easy from the airport, though was around 11 PM. The location of the villa is immaculate, just one minute walking distance from the beach! Two minutes away from the touristic places, like attractions, restaurants, shops, but i n the same way in absolute privacy. The villa have everything you would need . Normally we are staying in a hotel room. Here we had very best facilities in great condition. The garden of the villa is stunning. There is barbeque facilities to try the Cypriot quality meet and fishes. There is lounges to get sun outside, our favorite place was the veranda table to enjoy the coffee with the sound of the birds and amazing view of the sea. The host Maria... let me tell you we are speechless about her attention to details. She came and meet us in person on the first day to give us details about destination, places, etc. I did mentioned, that I am sleeping on very low pillow. On the next day she delivered without our request the low pillow. She made us feeling special as only best five star hotels could handled. We felt in huge love of her kindness and hospitality. We felt home away from our home. We are already dreaming of coming back to Cyprus. We could not feel been better, than that.

Having to go home to winter!

The accommodation was first class. Clean, spacious and well equipped. WiFi and media access excellent. Best of all, Maria Isaak, our host, couldn't have been more helpful even coming to our assistance within 5 mins when I locked us out. The sandy beach is 5 mins walk. Miles of promenade walking too. So quiet at night. Brilliant.

The location is perfect as it's only 5 minutes from the beach. It's also 5 minutes away from the main street. You have shops nearby. Even though you are quite close to everything the location is quiet and perfect for a family stay. In the kitchen you have everything you need. Maria is always helpful and if you need something or have any issues she will always accommodate you. This is our second year coming here and hope to come next year also.

Having to go home 😕😂

Sea view,, Manager Maria was exceptional and our every need was met. The cleaners are amazing. They went above expectations to make sure everything you could possibly want is provided in the villa and apartments. The beach is a 3 min walk, you can watch the sunrise from the sea from the balcony upstairs. The attractions are plentiful, I recommend the pirate ship, the Mr John trio to the Turkish occupation area and ghost town. Aiya Napa is €1.50 on the 102 bus, it stops at Nisdi beach and the waterpark. But with fig tree bay only a 6 minute walk , everything you want is right here. If you get to see the band norules.cy then you'll have a great night. It's the cocktail bar opposite McDonald's and The magic dancing water show (which you can see from the back terrace of the villa. Book early, you won't be disappointed. ⚓🦜🦎😎⛱️

Absolutely amazing!! The host was amazing, lovely welcome from Maria when we arrived, Maria is a fabulous host. The location of the villa was great with stunning views to the sea. Easy to walk to the lovely beach. The villa had everything you needed and was spacious. exclusive parking right outside. Very peaceful location, fantastic outdoor space with seaview.Everything was perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet location and seaview!!!

Nice spacious villa, with a lot of outdoor space for the kids to play in. The place was super clean and very well equipped, even a welcome basket was included. You can see the sea from the House and it's a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Maria was always available and in touch with us. We had a great time there.

First of all, let me start with Maria’s excellent communication skills- clear, kind and helpful communication from the beginning to the end, nothing was too much trouble. I admire her passion for her job and that her main goal is for people to have the best time during their stay. The villa itself: it was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN, functional and on a great location with easy access to the center, shops and to the sea, all by foot. I would definitely come again and I am recommending this place for everyone.

The villa was located near all the famous beaches in Protaras and the main touristy road was in a walking distance. The photos are not misleading and the rooms are exactly like you expect them to be! Overall Maria is an amazing host, always willing to help no matter the time and wants her guests to be pleased with their stay!! I am definitely going to come back in the future!!

The property is absolutely stunning, a great deal of effort has been made with the decor and was fully kitted out for self catering. There is nothing we could have needed for a lengthy stay (everything down to a lemon squeezer which grow in the garden). Master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite and balcony. My daughter's loved their room as it had 2 good sized beds and a nice view of the sea (at a distance). There is even a BBQ area for a nice souvla at the back with all the seating arranged. The location is just a short walk to the main strip and fig tree bay so can't be faulted, and all the local eateries will deliver (if your having a real lazy day) to the villa. Maria was a fantastic host (cheers Maria 👍), she met us at the property and was very welcoming, the place was 10 out of 10 clean and she was on call if we needed anything. A nice touch was that she took the time to send us some great recommendations for food, tips apps and entertainment. Highly recommended

As I have back problems, I did not find the bed and the pillow very comfortable, but this is a personal issue. Nonetheless, the other guests found the beds comfortable enough.

The house is located in a quiet area very close to the beach and the animations (pubs, restaurants, shops...). We very much liked the house setting and the cleaning. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, there was a welcome package (water, wine, milk ..). Maria was extremely responsive and helpful. She answered the phone immediately even if we called passed midnight, she was very fast in providing a new key when I lost it. She even helped us get a refund from booking for a paid night that we did not stay. Maria, many thanks, again, for the excellent customer service.
