No water bottle in room, they didn't clean beach chairs every evening, most were filled with sand and debris. Hospitality was terrible. My suite was nice but dark the balcony was only partially open i.e. it was met with a brick wall and a small portion was glass. Therefore, sitting down I couldn't see the beach view I paid for.

Island is beautiful the decorum is modern....the resort was nice aesthetically

The room we had didn't have the best view possible, but we knew we were going to have lobby view, so that was fine.

The room is very spacious, with very comfortable bed. It has a nice and clean bathroon and a decent sized balcony. The hotel is nearby a supermarket and all the Jan Thiel beach clubs (and its own Beach Club, as well). Awesome place for the price.

Facilities (incl pools) are at the beach club and not on the hotel grounds, so open to the public. The beach club is very busy and no customer service focused on hotel guests.

We were treated warmly from the moment we stepped into the lobby. The manager, Kimberly treated us as if we were family. Check in was easy and Isle was a pleasure. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Unfamiliar with Curacao, I didn’t realize that the island is a party celebration for Dutch college students during this time. Had I know there would be fireworks set off all hours of the night, no available dinner reservations, and no available pool and beach chairs, then I would have chosen a different destination and saved Curacao for another time. I requested an upgrade for an ocean view room, however the ocean view was obstructed by many trees. I couldn’t see the ocean at all. We were also given a new towel that had blood stains on it. When we called the front desk, we were told that there were no more towels available. After 30 minutes, a new towel was delivered so I could shower and have dinner. The service at the outdoor bar was disappointing. We had incredibly long wait times to be served at the bar. On New Year’s eve, we were at the bar for three hours and only had two drinks each because we couldn’t not get served. I asked for a specific drink and was brought something different. Overall, I was hoping for a better, more attentive experience for this special trip.

The resort itself is large and has a lot of amenities that are probably amazing during a different time of the year (not New Years). The infinity pool was nice, but it's not the color blue like it is in online photos. Good shopping at the resort.
