We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Statesi felt scammed. I had asked for street view and when i got their i had a neighborhood view and the view was a ugly delapetaded dirty wall that was the only thing you saw looking out of the window 
after changing rooms and paying for the change it was ok.

United StatesParking was an extra cost. $10 per day + security deposit (needs to be cash) but you get the deposit back when keys are returned.
WiFi connection was good. Everything was clean. AC worked great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking in the building so that was very convenient. Couldn’t have been a better location, right in the heart of Punda. 10 mins walk to Queen Emma Bridge. Easy to get out of the city with a car to beaches. Highly recommend.

United StatesThere really wasn't much of a view from the windows. But then again, I'm not there for the view from the hotel. I'm there because it's very clean, Central, a good deal, and it gave me a great base to explore the island. I would stay here again.
The hotel was very centrally located between the Old Port District and many of the good restaurants along the shore. It was clean and very comfortable, and it had a parking lot attached to the hotel. The staff was very nice. And it was an excellent value for the money. Great base to explore Curacao from. I would definitely stay here again.

NetherlandsYou can only get a sliver of a water view (because of the building being built across the street) The tv is affixed to the wall, so you can only watch it from the bed (and not the couch). It should be on a moveable track to allow it to pivot and be visible from everywhere in the room. The room.only has EU plugs, and they aren't well-located. If I had not brought an extension chord, it would have been a bigger issue.
Great downtown location. You can easily walk to restaurants. The sea is on the other side of the street (although no longer accessible there because of the building being built Wifi worked well Parking is available inside the building The conditioner is really nice! Sound insulation was good; I hardly heard anything from outside Staff are very responsive to messaging

Netherlands- the online check-in system needs a bit of work (Mews). It's a global hospitality system and nothing in particular to do with the hotel, but it did seem to slow down the process. - no fitness center onsite
