The receptionists weren’t always there. They would often put a note (back in 5min) but it would take more than 5 minutes sometimes and there were no other staff members or bell to ring. That was the only downside.

The room was spacious, and the location was great. Breakfast was nice. Receptionists were nice and helpful.

The part of the carpet right at the entry of my room was dirty. The wifi sometimes didn't work; probably due to a lot of users at the same time. Also, I saw a couple of bugs in my washroom.

Disappointing experience despite good location I stayed at the hotel with my friend, who is lactose intolerant. Unfortunately, there was no lactose-free milk available at breakfast — quite surprising for a 4-star hotel. We asked a woman who was clearing the dishes, and when she heard us speaking Russian (we live in Finland but speak Russian between ourselves), she reacted very rudely and told us to "go back to Russia." This was extremely unpleasant and inappropriate. My friend reported the incident to the reception, but no one apologized or followed up. The request for lactose-free milk was also ignored. This left a very negative impression, despite the otherwise good location and reasonable comfort.

Good value for money Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. While it’s clear that the place could use some renovation, everything was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the room was quiet. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning worked well, and the location is excellent — close to everything.

No cold water machine for customers as the weather is not so good during our vacation.

Nothing that I didn't like but more so improvements. The reception was dim and could have been more enticing. The minibar in our room was very dated and struggled to keep our drinks cool.

The hotel is very well situated and provided us with access to trains and trams that could get us to more touristy sights in the city. The daily breakfast was nice as well.

There was no shampoo or toothbrush, facilities were not perfectly clean.

Rooms facing the Street are really noisy even on the fifth floor. No curtains to block the sunlight. Basic breakfast.

The location is perfect for tram/metro/bus connections. It's also walking distance to the National Museum and residential areas of Prague. The room was clean and comfortable although I couldn't open the window in the room. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, but it could have included more variety for people with dietary restrictions like myself. Overall, perfectly fine stay for a night or two.
