Goga at the front desk was amazing! She made my stay truly enjoyable. Just note that the hotel is situated on top of a hill, about a 15-minute walk from the main square. Recommend taking a €7 taxi.

The location is great, close to the historic place as well as public transport.There is a terrace just next to the river where is a great place to relax while enjoying the views.

I was disappointed with the premium room with river view as the windows are so high and not possible to see outside without standing on a chair 😅 we got no information from the reception about the hotel boat tour.

Arthur's attitude was cynical and unhelpful. We booked an apartment for 6 people, and there were only beds for 4. When we asked to arrange the sofa bed, he said: "We are not here right now and we are not arranging sofa beds. After arrival, you will manage on your own." The place was dirty and full of unpleasant dust, remnants of previous tenants, a blockage in the shower, an elevator that did not work, it was not pleasant to stay there. No one was there to help or to solve only via whatsApp

It was very dirty, beds were not clean, there were no liquid soap nor toilet paper in bathroom, its address number is wrong, it is not number 13 but 11 and it caused time wasting to find the place.
