我于2025年7月18日入住这家酒店，体验极差。 当晚我将刚提的新车停在酒店停车场，第二天一早准备出门时，发现车门被严重“开门杀”，留下明显的大坑和刮痕。我立即前往前台反映情况，却被告知酒店的停车场没有任何监控摄像头，他们无法提供任何帮助。前台态度冷漠，全程毫无歉意，也没有任何后续跟进。 这是我在加拿大多年住酒店最失望的一次经历——一个如此大型连锁酒店居然连最基本的安全保障都没有，出了事还一副事不关己的态度，实在让人无法接受。 如果你开车出行，强烈不建议选择这家酒店，你将面临毫无保障的风险，一旦出事只能自认倒霉。

I stayed at this hotel on July 18, 2025 — deeply disappointed. That night, I parked my car in the hotel parking lot. The next morning, I found a large dent and scratch on the rear door — clearly from someone carelessly opening their door against my vehicle (“door ding”). I reported it to the front desk, only to be told that the hotel has no CCTV coverage in the parking area, and there’s nothing they could do. No apology, no concern, no help. I cannot believe a major hotel chain still operates without basic security like surveillance cameras. Their indifferent attitude was even more upsetting than the damage itself. If you’re driving, I strongly advise against staying here. There is zero protection for your vehicle, and any damage that occurs is simply your problem.
