Positive section of review
The staff, the breakfast and the location were excellent. Both the common areas and the room were clean. My room was very quiet and had a good view of the TV Tower of Brasilia and of a nearby park. While I was in this hotel, I was in urgent need of medical help: the staff members on charge during Sunday 20-07-2025 in the afternoon helped me find a hospital and behaved fantastically towards me.

The lightening of the room is not god to read in bed. The bed was so soft that I needed the staff to place a mattrass on the floor in order to be able to sleep comfortably.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel has a lovely, family-like atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The owner and staff were incredibly helpful and always available to offer tips, answer questions, or just have a friendly chat. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a welcoming and personal experience!

I had a wonderful stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Location is great, Sao Luis is totally walkable and to go to the beach, there is a bus stop just across from the hotel, with buses every 5 minutes

The staff and the breakfast were excellent. Both the common areas and the room were clean and rather pleasant. My room was very quiet. The location is excellent for a night after or before a flight.

It didnt bother me because I was travelling alone, but both the handbassin and the shower are in an open area in the room, without any privacity. This can be embarrasing if travelling with somebody who is not very close to you.
