The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming, felt like was visiting friends than staying at hotel..it was nice to have reception, who were there to help and available, felt more personal and safer than door code entry. bed and sofabed very comfortable.. . the apartment was clean and updated, spacious for location

Super thin doors, we heard the family next door leaving with little kids super early every day and it was very loud. The kids also played in the little area in front t of the doors and there was no sound isolation at all

Access for drop off, noticed specially on the day of arrival and departure, as taxis cannot stop in front of the property which caused us trouble moving the luggage in an out. No bell boy service to help with the luggage. However, the nice receptionist did help and delivered all luggage to our rooms.

Check in in a different property 12 minutes away from the building. Very small room and bathroom. Toilet under the sync and very small shower. Not good for big persons. The building is old, no doorman. Elevator working fine. Staff at the reception in a different property was very nice. The day we arrived I searched the property for same day prices and found out it would cost 35% of what I paid. For 200 Euros it is a ripoff, even for the very expensive Ibiza.

Avoid at all costs – this place is a scam. Booked a sea view apartment the one we got n6 has absolutely no view — not even a partial one. It’s blatant false advertising, and they know it. We refused to even do the check in and get another appartement or a refund. No sea view = no booking. No staff on-site, just WhatsApp messages — and they lie without hesitation, claiming the room matches the description. Really? Howcome the listing and booking confirmation says clearly appartement with sea view then?! What’s worse: even after admitting in writing that this room shouldn’t be sold as “sea view,” they refused to refund or move us. We opened a case with Booking.com, they proposed to book another place send the the invoice and get refund. And we are still waiting / fighting to get the refund
