The hotel location was great. It was within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The fact that the hotel rooms had views of the Old Town and were spacious was a nice touch.

There was no socket in the bathroom for the hairdryer. The socket we used for the hairdryer was not near the mirror in the room, so the hairdryer could not be used effectively. A duvet had been placed inside a large pillowcase, and there was no pillow inside. The pillow in the other case was yellowed. There were no slippers in the room. Although there was a tea/coffee station and a kettle, there was no water provided. We were told that water was not provided because we booked the room through Booking.com. At night, the weather was cold, and the air conditioning or ventilation could not be set to a temperature that would sufficiently heat the room.

The hotel had a good location. The room was clean. We could access it at any time we wanted. There was a seating area in front of the hotel. Slippers were provided in the room.

There was a fridge, but it wasn’t cooling and was making noise. The room felt stuffy because the window didn’t open fully. The room was very small, and it was difficult for two people to organize their suitcases.

The location was nice and close to family which made it very convenient . The inside of property was very clean as was the bedding and towels.

Problems with the water pressure daily. The bathroom pokey, shower curtain short therefore horrible as it stuck on to you. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable ever; the mattress so thin the bed frame stuck into your back which ever way you turned. The lift up to the flat was revolting and smelly.

When I booked, it said ground floor but it turned out to be a basement room with no windows. However, when we raised the issue, they were very helpful and moved us to another room with window.

Good location, clean bedding and linens, spacious room, had a fridge, very comfortable, quiet location.

We were here in a heat wave - the room was incredibly hot, no fans provided. Rule is to throw your garbage outside in the bin, and garbage bins in room had no bags (possibly oversight). Fridge was turned of with curdled milk and snack food gone bad inside (possible oversight).

Neighborhood was between a decent shopping area and one that had closed shops, felt more run down. The living room couches were not comfortable. It was a four level apartment with narrow steep stairs. The ‘harbor view’ could be glimpsed only from the top bedroom window.
