I loved everything

A gem of a hotel on the beach and a surfers dream. The staff were incredible especially Alejandro. Great pool, food, rooms. Highly recommended

There were cockroaches in my room. The food showed on booking photos doesn't exist. All photos presented in the booking passed for a huge photoshop. So, the poorest hotel I have stayed in my life. Extremely dirty with a a manhole smelling!! I didn't take any pictures because I quit on my first day (1/5).

No hot water in shower and it was hard to get management to remedy any issues without having to repeatedly check with them.

Very rundown and dated, not faithful to the pictures on booking. A bit smelly everywhere. There were like 50 teenage kids on a camp or something which was a bit awkward. Random cats and dogs from the street coming into the restaurant. Buses parked with engines on in front of the hotel all morning, so instead of a beautiful view of the ocean, all you see and hear and smell are these gigantic buses parked.

The pool is ok, there is everything onsite (food snack drinks) and the beach across the street has great waves to surf or watch the surf. The staff was quite nice and helpful generally.

The room was small, the bed was awful for the back, incredibly hard. The sheets had some unknown stains. The room had a small jacuzzi and it was dirty with sand. The towels were really small regardless their function (pool or shower). There were people eating inside the pool and there was no one asking them to leave the area. In addition there was a couple having extremely sexual dynamics in the pool where there were kids near them. Also, there was a couple in the common area touching each other sexually.

The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and the security is 24/7

The rooms, the bathrooms are not clean, the mirrors of the room are in a very bad condition. also, the beds are not comfy at all. There’s a lot of light coming from the outside into the room at night,

It is beachfront so the location is nice. The pool and the place to chill is nice.

pool was dirty, had to walk through lobby to get to a bathroom when using the pool, construction going on outside our room, breakfast was not good, and had to pick your breakfast time day before, rest of menu was a little pricey, isolated, no music or anything in restaurant/bar/pool area, rooms need updating looked old and dingy, safe on room but wasn’t operable

What I didn't like: the safe and telephone were not working. The beach towels were not beach towels: old, Clorox stained and tough. Also you have a limit to the time you watch TV; during the night a message appeared saying that in 20 seconds the TV will be off, and it happened lololol. The most interesting part was that every morning I would hear the mices through the wall. And the door is glass, so if the curtains were opened and someone passes by.. you know the rest. The hotel location is great if you like the silence and wake up to the sound of waves. BUT is a bit run down and needs to be modernized. The railings need to be up tighten up or replaced, if you lean they would shift to the front. Let's say the pictures are deceiving.

The hotel staff is Great. It starts from the moment you enter to the guys at the restaurant to the maintenance.

The hotel and rooms are old and not very clean. the staff is not polite and unprofessional.

The property is outdated, everything is so old and you can barely sleep, as both doors and walls are so thin and do not isolate any sound. The staff was also unprofessional and did not accommodate us well. Would not recommend this hotel.

Road isn’t paved for the last mile, but it’s certainly doable

Our room was super clean, and the beds were so comfy. Nice hot shower. Pool was great. Buffet breakfast was always fresh, and the portions generous. As it’s a little out of the way, we were extremely grateful that the food at the restaurant was so good. Beach was beautiful, and sunsets breathtaking.

I did not like the room, I actually felt a bit disappointed as it did not look like the pictures. I ended up getting quite a different room from the one I thought I booked based on the Hotel pictures.

everything was really bad 1. There are a lot of suspicious people walking around at the hotel late in the evening; one of them was trying to sell drugs to me. We did not feel safe. 2. The hotel is super loud: dogs of other hotel guests barked at night and made it impossible to sleep. Drunk people in the hallway were extremely loud. Also, one of them mistakenly tried to enter our room. 3. We didn’t have hot water in our room which I have reported already on our first day. Nothing was done. 4. We only had one towel for 2 people. 5. I have contacted the manager several times via emails, no reaction at all. The receptionists are absolutely useless and cannot help you with anything. They also seem to be annoyed when approaching them and prefer rather to chill with their phones. We left the hotel after the first night despite the total booking of 2 nights.
