I am in a wheelchair and it’s very hard to get around the property as a wheelchair bound person. And that’s what I didn’t like about the property.

The spa facilities were amazing!!! They had things I’ve never seen anywhere else. I had a blast and could spend days in there. The message was also great!!!!

While cleaning the room, housekeeping most likely left the balcony door open, which caused a serious mosquito problem in the room. At such an expensive hotel, we were surprised to find out that they didn’t have anything to repel mosquitoes when we asked. A simple solution like a plug-in repellent or incense could have easily solved the issue, but instead we had to endure sleepless nights for days. On top of that, the insect spray we used remained on the floor for days, and I even slipped on it — which also shows the room wasn’t being cleaned properly

I loved the room! Our view of the hot springs pool and the volcano was breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious. You have a wide variety of choices, including an omelet station, breads, cheeses, a buffet, etc. It was a pleasure to soak in the hot springs. As well as the hotel, the spa was beautiful. We didn't use the spa, but would do so on our next visit.

No USB plugs in the room to charge my phone. For the price I expected that to be a given. They brought me an adapter, but it didn’t work. Had to charge in the car.

Very near the road but it’s not noticeable. Also a little ways just out of the town so you need to uber to get to any stores or non-hotel restaurants.

The entire staff provided a warm and friendly welcome. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and the dinner in the Emperador was excellent.

First night we were in a room that was on the side of the property that faced the street. The hotel was full and could not accommodate our request to move. It was noisy all night long. So we did not sleep. Fortunately, we changed rooms for the second night of our stay.

Spa was excellent, the staff were all friendly and went above and beyond!
