The staff were amazing. So friendly. Pick up and drop off at airport was easily managed. They helped book excursions and showed me the main areas of the nearby area. Couldn't have been more helpful

Was a great location however when there are holes in the shower wall as well as a bed that is like a plank of wood isn’t that comfy, I appreciate this is one of the most isolated places in the world. No towls were in our room which is fine I’m happy to go ask for them but this should have been done. We also didn’t have a sign to put onto the door saying please do not clean. Breakfast was okay it filled the belly so no complaints there. All in all I know to plan better with my booking however the staff where 10 out of 10

Excellent stay. Appreciated all of the hospitality from the first moment at the airport pick-up to the airport drop-off. Nice size room and bathroom. Good variety at breakfast and able to use the wifi in the main building. Easy to access the local town and surrounding area. Helpful in arranging tours of the island. I also appreciated meeting the family owners of the property.

This is a family-owned/run hotel that feels exactly that. You feel welcomed & valued at all times. Nicholas & Fernanda are the most helpful ‘front of house’ guys we’ve met on our 6-week trip so far. They are the best! Amazingly helpful. The hotel also hosts super-priced trips too - what a bonus!

The rooms are very basic accommodations. Which is okay if clean. Absolutely filthy rooms. I’ve been in nicer gas station bathrooms. The lack of cleanliness and hygiene would probably make me not return to this hotel, nor recommend it.

Exceptional staff. Airport pick up/drop off. Good location, easy 5 minute walk downhill into town. Tour arranged by hotel was good, and nice priced.

Wifi is only in the common areas (lounge and breakfast room) but that was noted when we booked and wasn’t a big concern to us.

Nice location with a sea view from our patio . Easy walking distance to stores and restaurants. The staff were very helpful.

The room is okay albeit a bit old. Breakfast is minimal and the coffee is very watery. WiFi in room is non-existent- something that can be sorted out quite easily. For what you get it is expensive but Easter Island / Rapa Nui generally is and it is a trip of a lifetime.

Wonderful friendly hotel with great staff. Location is very good. The waterfront and main town street is all within walking distance. Also there is a great supermarket very nearby. The hotel does pick-up and drop off at the airport which is lovely. I did a 2 day tour organised by the hotel which I highly recommend. All in all a very good choice.

See positive comments above, I was satisfied, especially for the price paid compared to other options researched. Realize this is a budget accommodation - a bit rustic with well worn / outdated furnishings, somewhat musty, 1 cockroach in shower, internet only in common areas (allowed me to talk with other travelers!).

Very helpful staff, they arranged sightseeing tours, answered questions, etc. Clean room with lots of light, comfortable bed. Daily touch up housekeeping. Location close to town center. Reliable Starlink internet in common areas. Breakfast included pastries, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, cereal. As a solo traveler, I enjoyed meeting hotel guests on the tours, at breakfast, etc., and the hotel setup makes it easy to connect with other travelers. Overall, solid value.

The welcome Lei flower they gave you is actually not a gift, as they took away the very next day from your room without asking you (the flowers are re used for other arriving guests.) Many places failed to repair, maintain, or clean. No wifi in the room.

Nice Hotel with super friendly People, with lots of helpful recommendations what to discover on the island (statues, beaches, snorkeling hotspots). English and Chilean Speaking. Zentral Location, with view on Ocean and close to harbour (where you can snorkel with sea turtles), restaurants and supermarkets.
