All of the good service is forgotten when you realize that the shower does not have hot water for a single bath. You have to wait for it to get hot, and then, at the middle of the shower, it gets cold. And you have to wait inside for the hot water to run again.

The staff is very friendly, the location is excellent.

The hotel was under some minor reconstruction, so it was quite loud because of the workers. Not enough daily sunlight in the room.

Atmosphere of the island is all around the hotel. Loved it. Big bathroom. Great fruit for the breakfast. Wifi working in the lobby very well.

Transport to and from airport was chaotic. Should consider smoking ban- smoke from neighbours entered my room and outside dining area dirty with ash and full ashtrays in the morning. Property quite run down. Breakfast on the Sunday was poor, no plates, no food, no cutlery.

At night there's no one on shift, no one to ask for assistance. Other than that, it's a cute place.

room was spartan (no a/c) which i think is the norm in the island, (it was more comfortable (temperature) outside the room; spotty wifi which i think is also the norm in the island

staff was excellent, warm, friendly and helpful.I was picked up at the airport complete with lei and assisted me getting a taxi. location is one block away from the main street. Breakfast is fair, little slow on refilling the eggs

The breakfast was not the best but okay for *** hotel - no yoghurt, no fresh orange juice, only white bread. And the hotel rooms in the main building had their best time, need renovation.

Great location with sea view if you manage to get a room on that side. However we had booked a room with garden view, it was rather damp and the garden view was nonexistent due to work. We asked and got a free upgrade to the sunny sea side, that strongly affected my appreciation!

It İs a very old hotel, badly needs renovation. Bathroom was particularly bad - rusty, broken toilet seat. The place can be economy but it needs to clean - there was a spider net on top of the bathroom door. No AC, hardly working old ventilator instead Breakfast has only cheese/sausage and bread. If you come before 9, you might find watermelon. Only 1 towel for 3 days - with the humid climate and no ventilation in the bathroom, it stays half wet most of the time. WiFi doesn’t work in the room nor does it work properly on the reception too (what’s app calls don’t work). I saved myself first 1.5 day with neighbor Starlink but then put a password afterwards. No hair dryer in the room - I was waiting for 40 mins till receptionists find one for me, the stock was over. The partnering tour agency of the hotel had no availability for the 2 full days I had, I was lucky that the hotel manager advised me a private guide Overall, don’t recommend - it will spoil all impression from the island

Good location - 10 mins walk to the Main Street and 5 mins to a good supermarket. Nice reception staff, especially a lady who was very helpful The fridge in the room was very helpful Airport pick up

The room I had in the annex is just not well maintained, there is rust and mold in quite a few places. The room was so humid and damp that it was hard to breathe. No airconditioning.

It is a larger hotel with a good location in Hanga Roa. Staff is friendly, they pick you up and can organize tours for you. Breakfast is included. The room was spacious and there is working WiFi in the common areas.

I went to put water in the mini fridge in my room. When I opened the door it was a rotten odour and I then realized it was not plugged and the outlet did not work. The fridge door would not stay closed after being opened, so I turned it around and pushed it against the wall so it would stay shut. The fan which was in the same outlet could not work in that outlet either. Having the fan on would have been great as it is muggy at night. I should have mentioned it to the staff but it was after they had left the front desk for the night. If I had realized it earlier I am sure they would have given me a different room with a working outlet and fan, as they were wonderful staff.

The staff are fantastic. You can even rent a bicycle there, which I did and roamed around the island. It was great to feel like a local, enjoy the wonderful views, sights and get some exercise too. The bed was good. The breakfast is basic with some meats, cheese, fruit, toast etc and was good.

Maybe the wifi needs to be improved as it was only available in some parts of the hotel.

It was a very relaxed place with large communal spaces, a bit like being at home. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend the day tours which can be organised from there. Airport transfers were included and breakfast was good. It's a very short walk to the main street so it's very convenient. The hotel maybe older but it represents good value for money.

Cannot use wifi in room and also the network is not work in room.

It is near the mainstreet and a great supermarket nearby. The staff is nice and can join the local tour through the hotel.

It was a little run down and definitely needs renovation. A coat of paint in the room, bathroom update (mold and old - bathtub rusty, shower out of service). Gardens could be better maintained. Breakfast was really too basic and I’m not a big breakfast person. But this was really poor. Shame there was no fridge or kettle on the room because there is no food in the hotel aside from the poor breakfast.

Location was great - just minutes from the town, around the corner from a rather big supermarket. The staff was incredible. Very helpful and efficient yet very laid back.

Shower a bit basic, but again need to remember location, water supply etc.

Breakfast was good, some differences from what we expect as usual, but hotel is a long way away from sources! Lots of room, inside & out. Great views. Easy to stroll out to restaurants & into town. Lovely welcome at airport.

There was a problem with the bathtub. (The drain was blocked) I immediately told the receptionist about the problem. I stayed 4 days in the hotel and no one came to fix it.
