Motu is adults only property and as a result is so peaceful. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Free use of ebikes and kayaks, stand up paddle boards was fantastic.

We didn’t realise there was no restaurant on-site, but the accommodation did provide the basics for breakfast in the room.

The staff were extremely helpful, the bed was so comfortable, and the access to e-bikes, SUPs, snorkelling gear was wonderful!

We had an amazing holiday at Motu Beachfront Art Villas! The hosts Tim and Lucile were really lovely, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and fantastic. The villas are well appointed, spotless and beautifully decorated, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We loved the stocked fridge and fruit bowl on arrival, it really felt like a special treat and the honesty bar kept us supplied for the duration of our time there. The location is superb and the villas are on the best beach in Rarotonga, at Titikaveka. The beach is extremely clean, the snorkelling fantastic ( with the supplied equipment ) and we also loved the pool for an occasional dip. Everything is so well thought out at Motu that all you have to do is have fun and relax. One of the best holidays we have ever had and we will definitely be return customers!

I liked that it was a small property with only 11 villas. The price may seem expensive but all the little extras you get when you arrive and during your stay match the price. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Perfect place to relax and enjoy Rarotonga.

The Villas were beautifully presented with generous snacks on arrival. The whole team were friendly, helpful and professional. Perfect location with the lagoon providing great swimming. We were given plenty of information regarding the bus and other great places to visit. Our stay was perfect in every way. We look forward to returning.

Hard to say there is anything we didn't like.

5 star all the way. Everything is great. Super villa. Very friendly staff. Lovely welcome fridge full of food and drink. Daily Cook Island newspaper. Room cleaners timed their villa clean well, cleaning when you were out even if only for a few moments. The beach was perfect including the large number of free canoe, kayak and SUP. 24x7 bar by the pool (honesty system). Nice and peaceful at night. The location is good , can walk to one bar but as with all of Cook Islands, need transport. Arrival, even at 7am was perfect. Departure transport all arranged . Even a friendly resort cat!

We enjoyed it all !

Motu is situated on a peaceful beach with excellent snorkelling. It is beautifully maintained and the villas spacious and comfortable. Transfers were seamless and after settling in, we were taken to the local supermarket to buy some supplies, which we really appreciated - although our fridge was already stocked with necessities and some treats! All of the staff were pleasant and helpful, and thanks to them for making us welcome. Motu is a special place and we wouldn’t hesitate to return

Loved all of this place. We had 2 villas (2 couples) side by side. Super generous welcome food & drinks pack in fridge. Honour bar by the very welcome pool - easy if needed. We self catered a few nights and easy to do - couple of good shops close by. Everyone very friendly. Soooo relaxing and great lagoon swimming /snorkeling right there. We would definitely stay here again if visiting.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Location was amazing with restaraunt and bar options alll within an easy (beach) walk. Facilities - e-bikes, kayaks, book library - were very much appreciated. Clean and very comfortable.
