Our stay was super at this property. The rooms are nice and clean! The breakfast was very tasty. Great to have the billiard option in the lobby. The host, Steven is super friendly and helpful and organized our trips in the national parks. This place is highly recommended!!

Comfortable and spacious accommodation, the staff are absolutely amazing and very helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable and helped us make bookings and gave great recommendations for food and activities. Cannot recommend enough. Bonus points for having an incredibly cute kitten.

- the building is not heated so you have to heat up your room when you arrive with the airconditioning. But I noticed this is very common in china. - also the controller for the airconditioning is only in chinese. A instruction in english would help a lot for non-chinese speakers :) - the shower head was a bit weak - there was no reserve toilet paper roll

- Reception could speak english and was very nice and helpful with everything. - good location to visit tianmen mountain as the cable car is in walking distance. - free supply of drinking water.

Thirty one is an amazing place to stay! I visited during the low season and was the only person staying but I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. In particular, the staff are incredible. May is a wonderful person and made me feel very welcome! Not only did she organise everything for me to see the local attractions but also went above and beyond to include me in mealtimes, karaoke and teaching me to play mahjong 🀄 Great place, great people. Highly recommend 👍 Hope to see you again next time I am in China May!

She was incredibly helpful throughout our time at the hotel, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She even assisted us with catching the bus and took the time to recommend several amazing places to visit. My stay at the hotel was amazing mainly thanks to the girl who works at the reception. She welcomed me like a member of the family, took care of everything I needed, helped me get tickets to the parks, spent a lot of time explaining to me about the routes in the park, showed unusual patience. I am very grateful for everything, I definitely recommend everyone to stop here. When I come to China next time I will return to the hotel and recommend it to all my friends visiting the area.

That I only stayed 4 nights.

Thirty One is a charming hotel conveniently located within a 20-30 minute walk from the airport, as well as being close to the bus station and cable cars. The host, Steve, was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout my stay. He not only provided great service but also crafted coffee that resembled true works of art. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Steve's place; meeting him significantly enhanced my experience in Zhangjiajie.

What I liked the most was the staff. We arrived very late (midnight) due to a delay with our train and the staff managed to book us a private driver to pick us up at the train station. Then, they bought for us the tickets to Zhangjiajie's National Forest Park and suggested the route we should do. He also indicated were we could have some late dinner in the area (just in front of the street). The room was nice - we had all we needed just to sleep that night and wake up very soon to go hiking.

One of the best Apartments I have ever booked. It was very modern, everything was clean and we had a great view on the mountains. Also was there a billard table and the whole shared space was pretty nice. The Host helped us everyday to get to the attractions near the area. If you go to Zhangjiajie I would totaly recommend this apartment.

The rooms take a while to cool down because of the loft aspect of them, but overall still comfortable.

Awesome rooms with a lot of space, and only about a 15 minute walk from Tianmen Mountain gondola station. The staff was also awesome, super helpful, and really friendly.

The hot-water pressure of the shower was very low.

The hotel is closely located to the Tianmen mountain cable car station. You can go there by foot within 10 minutes. The owner was very friendly and did his best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He also gave us thorough advis on our planned daytrips.
