Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly, floor was sticky and stained from spoiled drinks and there were bits and pieces of old party decorations in the corners. Location is shabby and there’s only on-street parking available, luckily there’s guard 24/7 but didn’t feel comfortable leaving the car there still, lots of drunkards and beggars around.
Friendly staff, decent breakfast, AC worked well

Its a bit far away from the city centre and sights to see. Establishment is a bit small so its ideal for short stays spent mostly out and about. No coffee making facilities in the room
24 hour desk, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Its near the main road and was an easy find. Breakfast is simple but adequate and is brought to your room

The housekeeping staff didn't replace the toilet paper in the bathroom and the hot water never got hot or even warm.
The exterior was nicely decorated however the water fountain was off during our stay. The breakfast was very bountiful and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. .

Not too much around the area of interest to a visitor, though there are some bars and restaurants a short walk away. Not particularly cheap, but we were there during AFCON when all prices were high.
The gave us an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi tub (of course, the jacuzzi tub didn't work but you get what you pay for right?). Front desk staff were nice, as were the bar staff. Breakfast in room or in the courtyard. Ok wifi. Decent AC.

The jaccuzzi in the spa room was not functional.
Lovely hotel, clean and good facilities. Staff was super helpful, professional and kind. Comfortable bed. The breakfast choice was limited but it was delicious.

The area is a bit slummy and many cabs don‘t wanna bring you there.
The staff was quite helpful and spoke english - very important. The room was nice and the restaurant served yummy food for european stomaches.

The location is horrible. Remote and in the middle of a load of furniture businesses. The hotel did not take the payment as agreed and contacted a third party saying I hadn’t paid (a tour guide on a trip I started at that hotel). They made me look like I had run off without paying. I had to use my holiday cash to cover the cost through the guide. Very unprofessional.

Nothing major, to be honest. Good concept and well-maintained. It would be great to have a place to hang underwears which you want to clean directly after a shower.
I like everything after visiting hotels of different standings and prices at different locations. I was planning to stay a day and finally we spend a week around. Doesn't look like when you come in at the gate, but believe me, it doesn't matter if you book a room or suite, the standing is there. The concept is good and cosy. Good value for money and the food is great and affordable. The location is good for a good experience local experience. Proper breakfast.We booked a room (we didn't need space) and we could stay in the whole day Confy. I definetely recommend it.
