The hot tub in Tower 2 was an absolute disgrace. There was a ring of scum all around the surface and it had clearly not been cleaned for weeks. Moreover it was a challenge getting in and out and the cover for the tub was just left lying by it. In my opinion a new tub is required. Also the litter bin near the tub had been damaged and bottles were strewn around only some of which wee cleared by a member of staff. The rest were left lying on the floor.

Due to a water leak we were moved from Tower 1 to Tower 2. The room was just as good, but with an inferior view.

A rare room without a balcony at same price as a room with a balcony and no compensation, no breakfast. When lifeguard had a 30 minute break, everyone had to leave the pool.

The hot tub wasn’t hot and the jets didn’t work. Also you have to sign in to use the hot tub because they monitor number of people in at once. Never had an issue waiting for the hot tub but it was odd.

Great location right at the base of the cabriolet. Having the kitchenette made it easy for quick breakfast and lunch.

Cleanliness was okay, but should have been better for the price. The hot tub always had a waitlist (we only got to use it once for 15 minutes!) and the sauna was often full.

Excellent location, right in the village. Right beside the Cabriolet making it very convenient to snowboard & to get around the village.

The bed was too soft and lack of enough support. The navigation in the parking lot was a bit confusing at the beginning. One of the elevator was broken during the last a couple of days during our stay. So I used the stairs on my checkout day hoping to skip the elevator waiting line. When I tried to go from the main parking to the RC level, I ended up in a few wrong places and had to run up and downs multiple times to eventually arrived at the front desk.

The location was great. The room was spacious. Easy access to cabriolet and the village. I like the underground parking although it's quite pricy - $22 per day.

Being place on the ground floor with windown towards passer-bys. I couldn't open the curtains, no privacy

Location is excellent. Floor levels are confusing : RC × P . I was placed on a ground floor accomodation with passerbys in front of my window. On the other hand, the 3 couples that traveled wiith me were placed on the 3rd floor, nice view from the windows, and one couple even got an upgrade without explanation. Also, as the hotel doesn't provide breafast, it could have an automatic machine with juice, sliced cheese, biscuits and cookies.

There are two buildings set apart by the Gondola and the street next to it. Google maps leaves you at the Gondola spot and it took some time to find the building which had the reception. Some signs would help.

Excellent location. Right next to the free gondola which takes you to the upper village where you have all the activities and restaurants.

There are no specific facilities. Parking was available in early October but is small and probably challenging in high season.

The location could not be better: it's right in the village, close to shops, restaurants, and telesiege. The staff were kind and welcoming. The room was clean.
