The military-like approach to check in and check out process. Damage deposit of CAD 150 demanded! Strict policy on check in time. Email arrived early on morning of checkout, already hassling us to check out at 8am despite the 11am checkout time stated in the booking conditions. No personal customer service at all. Everything is done by email with door codes which are strictly time operated. It felt very impersonal and transactional. We did not feel like a valued customer. The air con/ heating was very noisy. We are unlikely to stay here again.

The breakfast was a very nice touch to be able to grab it quick and have snacks for the day as there was a nice variety of food in the bag. The check in and check out was quick and easy as they sent the information needed on my mobile phone.

Everything was perfect, have just one note about breakfast that was not enough and I expected a full menu. And also it is expensive compared to the service and size of the lodge

Staff is friendly, but didn't have good communication. We mentioned checking out really early for a flight, and asked for Togo breakfast. The message was never passed along. More information up front for whether you are staying in the lodge versus the resort. They are right next to each other, but different rooms.

The location was perfect. Within walking distance of the town, and a few walking trails. Several food options, all within walking distance. The rooms are cozy, well lit, and met our expectations.

Limited parking but we knew prior to our arrival. And the staff helped us out so it went very well.

It was very centrally located for my appointment. Easy check in/out, extremely clean, and staff were very accommodating.

Our room was beautiful. The view of the mountains was beautiful. Everything was clean and the staff added extra touches to make everything seem homey. We enjoyed our breakfast basket filled with a variety of snacks. We would definitely stay there again.

In no way would I say that these are negatives, but things to note: 1) I love my hearty breakfasts, the breakfasts here are basic. 2) Parking (can) be pretty tight and congested. But again, it's not a big deal Again, these are not really negatives. I for sure would stay at Basecamp again!

For the money value.....this is your best bet. A steal of a deal! Everything about this place, feels like your staying inside a $200/night hotel room. I stayed in a single king bed room, it was great. It is a perfect, perfect place to stay for a couple of nights.

The shower in our room was a little on the colder side in regards to temperature even at the hottest setting, since we just stayed for 2 nights it wasn't a huge concern for us

How friendly the staff was and how clean the facilities were We brought a truck for the weekend and came up in the evening after work, the man working came out and made up a temporary parking spot for us to use for the night as we couldn't fit anywhere else

The room was dusty and cleaned only where the eye could see such as in front of the television and not behind. Not good for people with dust allergies.
