Clean, modern room. Self check in was good. Coffee machine was a bonus. Good value hotel alternative to staying in Banff.

The only down side was that there are no elevators to the second floor, and being pregnant, carrying the luggage was not ideal. But Cleo, the receptionist, did helped us with everything. She truly deserves a promotion!

The room and the view were great. The beds were very comfortable and the fire place was charming. Cleo, the receptionist, is amazing.

Tight parking. We could have used more hand towels available to us at beginning of stay, although I believe if we asked at front desk they would have provided.

Comfortable, clean and spacious king suite room. Location was superb for our needs. Easy to walk to restaurants and downtown. Cute little breakfast basket was appreciated each morning.

Lovely clean spacious room. There were no coffee cups in the room but reception dealt with it swiftly. Nice surprise take away breakfast when we left the following morning.

The parking was inadequate. We had to park next door one night and move the car early the next morning. I noticed not all the cars in the hotel lot had the white pass on their dash. Not sure how to resolve this.

We didn’t have the breakfast. But we really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly helpful staff.

Carpet in room is dirty/stained with??? No elevator to carry luggage to 2nd floor and parking is very tight/limited to small vehicles.

Nice spacious rooms. Love that they use product from local company Rocky Mountain Soap for toiletries. Nice touch supporting local company.

Not enough parking for vehicles above small car. Very pricey for the room but understand market value - location, location, location. Not fair to say " Breafast Included" when breafast was brown bagged to go at check out. Shame!For these reasons, we we look elsewhere to stay next time.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower was very nice. Discount for Bankhead Restaurant was an extra amenity. Great restaurant. Location is superb for the Parks and good restaurants.

The parking is very tight around the building, so if you have an suv or truck its hard to park and you'll worry about hitting other cars or the building.

Close to everything, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful front desk, really nice sauna, Loved that they used a local brand from downtown for hand soap, shampoo ,conditioner ,body wash for you to try in the bathroom it made us go into town to look for the business, the bagel shop next door was cute and tasty close walk. If in Canada again we would stay here

Reused same room numbers at adjacent Basecamp resort which was confusing at checkin. Only one towel per guest per stay.

Clean, location, parking included, breakfast, fridge, nice , personal care item extras(makeup remover, nice branded soaps, conditioner, lotion), good shower, comfy bed/pillows, furniture, easy checkin.

The parking is small and tight especially if you have a bigger vehicle which would be my main dislike. No pool/hot tub for the kids but overall everything else that was good still had us enjoy our stay.

The view, balcony, coziness, atmosphere, door codes, location, staff was friendly, was relaxing.

Hotel was cute, clean, and comfortable! Staff was excellent and helpful when we needed an early breakfast before our hike the next day. Breakfast was a nice little snack basket with some fresh fruit too! Just a 5-10 min walk from the town centre. Lovely experience and would go back in a heartbeat.

1. Expensive per day room charge. 2. Breakfast: for the amount of money paid you will be handed over a basket containing apple,bread,granola-bar and curd. Not happy with this kind of arrangement.

1. Location: Perfectly placed in the centre of Canmore town. 2. Easy access to nearby eatery. If u miss your dinner, don’t worry Domino’s is open till 2am at stone-throw away. 3. Easy check-in: No lock-key. Use of combination digits to open door makes life easier.

We could hear the train very loud! thankfully we were so tired from our travel and hike that we could fall asleep (they do provide ear plugs)
