odd hotel. The room decor is a bit random, and the floor is cork. The rooms are located around an outside area. Thought it was expensive for what it was but the staff are fantastic

This is a very basic hotel and with parking I paid $424 for a one night stay. The ambience and facilities do not support this enormous price, in a location that is also very basic. I would stay there again for a lower price but at this price I don’t think it’s good value for money. It had a hostel type of feeling rather than a high-priced hotel.

The staff were exceptional and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well.

Air conditioner was very noisy, but it was great to have it. Curtains did not quite close off outside light. Some sort of armchair in the room would have been an improvement. One can't really compare downtown Vancouver rates with those in smaller centres, but for $300+/night, I was expecting something a bit less basic.

Pleasant staff, cleanliness of the room. The location was excellent for my purpose. The mattress was very comfortable.

The room was smaller than I anticipated, and the bathroom was tiny. The room was right across from a hospital, and there were some sirens - so it could be noisy, but not as bad as I thought it would be. The price is pretty high for what is essentially a charming, upgraded motel.

The hotel is funky, decorated like the mid-century motel it once was. Very cool. The staff is top-notch, super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the bed was cozy. The Keurig in the room was a nice touch. The little garden seating area is charming. The location is nice - it's a 10-minute walk from Canada Place. There are places to eat, drink, and get coffee onsite, and everywhere in all directions!

It’s a property that is showing it’s age despite some sprucing up. The bathroom sink was tiny and they really need a grab bar in the shower for safety. Also I did not care for the weird photos that they use for decoration, if I had been there one more night I would have taken the fallen Cinderella off the wall and turned it around. It’s too melancholy for a bedroom.

The location was excellent, close to many restaurants and shops. The coffee shop next door is great .

cool location., decor & tropical planting on the interior terrace area. The bed was super comfortable & the black out blinds were great.plus the nespresso coffee was a great start to the day when jet lagged!

Air conditioner was a portable type with vent through window. Quite noisy and room was warm when turned off so sleeping with a silent reverse cycle would be much better.

The floor air conditioning was loud and hard to regulate temperature in the room. The rooms get quite dark in the evening, a ceiling light or extra lamps would be nice.

Cute little lounge area/green space on the second floor that our room looked out onto. They have complimentary bikes for guests to use which is awesome! also loved the ping pong table and access to a water bottle fill station. The coffee shop attached to the hotel has amazing coffee and pastries which was nice to be able to go to in the morning. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Had a street view room which is fine but the black out curtains didn’t reach the bottom of the window so it was very bright at night. This is nitpicking really as the room was clean, comfortable and I felt safe travelling alone so over all very worth it.
