Block out curtains that draw over the whole window but this is not a deal breaker by any means.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, especially fresh off an early morning international flight. The room was perfect for an overnight stay. The bed and linen was super comfortable (probably the bed I've slept on whilst travelling). The shower and hot water were excellent and I appreciated being able to soak in the bath after the long flight, Conveniently located close to an IGA and easy walking around downtown in what felt like a pretty safe area. My stay exceeded all my expectations. Thank you.

It was extremely cold inside, however I only later discovered that there was a climate control pad on the wall, not so noticeable though. But it was my lack of attention, nothing to do with the hotel

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, superb king size bed, coffee machine in the room, soft drinks available. It was perfect for my one night stay!

The rooms were smaller than I expected and had lots of wear and tear. The desk had burn marks, the bathroom grout was stained, and there was lots of dust under the beds. I noticed because my kids play on the floor all the time. It seemed like a beach, party hotel to me. Also, I got too many online messages prior to, during and after my stay. It's great that they have parking but the cost was not included in room fare.

Location is great, staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a great cafe next door.

small room and no parking for large vehicles. I had asked ahead of time about parking and never received a response. on arrival I was told they always respond and I mentioned they didn’t respond. 3/4 staff were rude and ignored customers. got a parking ticket when I left my van in front of the hotel and spent a lot of money and time on parking.

We couldn’t stop the shower from leaking water onto the bathroom floor which meant the floor was always wet.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was a decent size with a large wardrobe. Was warm and cozy and in a good location for what you pay (compared to other prices in Vancouver).

The bathroom window is permanently open (for ventilation reasons I guess). This is fine as heating is available in the main room, however there was constant people talking/shouting noise during the night. I think it might be staff of a nearby hospital. Overall the accommodation is basically a motel with a nice lick of paint and some new features, so worth keeping in mind for expectations. Wifi not good from our particular room.

Cute, clean room with comfy bed. Coffee machine with pods. Didn't need to speak to staff much but they seemed helpful. Pretty good location overall; walking distance to a few bars and eating spots. About 10 mins walk from nearest Sky Train station.

internet on the property is not very good. constantly was cutting in and out and by the last day I was not able to connect at all. Since I was travelling for work, this was a significant inconvenience.

Nothing I didn’t like but for people who are unfamiliar with downtown Vancouver, this hotel is directly across the street from the hospital so you’ll hear a decent amount of sirens

There are a lot of homeless people close to the hotel. It's a little scary, especially when walking in the dark time. This negative is not for the hotel, but the city administration

The hotel is located in the downtown. From the hotel there is a way to a cafe with excellent pastries

Great to have bikes and helmets available. While not perfect, the city has good cycle provision and having bikes was great.
