It was a bit noisy. It did not bother me, but someone who is a light sleeper may be bothered by it.

I arrived late and the staff was accommodating. Parking was only an extra $10/night. Room a little dated but clean. Good value for Toronto.

I didn’t like how loud the AC was but that’s not a valid complaint, bring ear plugs to the city always! I was thrilled there was an AC switch!

location is great, basic features which was luxuries for my needs! loved the kitchen had a full set of cutlery and dishes! Being able to park for such a low price is worth it all! They even let me stay parked for the day after check out to explore Queen st for no extra charge! That was very generous!

I picked this property because of budget concerns and it's proximity to Toronto Western Hospital literally 5 mins car from. This hotel is older and out dated but the staff are amazing. Clara was extremely helpful and understanding. The gentleman that checked me out was also very accommodating. This place is very clean and although the area seems a little sketchy at no time did I feel unsafe. I will definitely stay again when in Toronto.

The laneway outside our window seemed to be a popular hangout for homeless people who would go on screaming tirades every few minutes, all night long. Obviously in no way the hotel’s fault and not on their property, but it doesn’t make for a peaceful sleep.

Great downtown location, close to so much and to transit! Blankets were very soft, and comfortable beds.

Our room was exceptionally clean which was amazing. Things are old, but are very clean. Once I got over the fact that it was more like a dorm room, I found it cozy and quiet and very comfortable!

Great area, next to a lovely park with lots of dog walkers and joggers. Great base for our first night. Super comfy bed and helpful staff.

Not particularly close to any subway station (closest is Osgoode I believe which is still decently far). Rooms are small and fairly dated (but nothing bad).

Comfortable hotel for a reasonable price in downtown Toronto, just off of Queen and quite close to Spadina. Bed was comfortable with a good amount of blankets given off the bat! Room also had a kitchenette which was much appreciated. Staff at front desk were quite friendly as well.

It can feel a tad sketchy at night, being so very close to the park but I didn't have a problem at all. Its a little further away from all the touristy stuff which is why is a little cheaper but a 15/20 minute walk puts you wherever you need to be.

Staff are super friendly and helpful!! Hotel isn't super fancy but if you just want somewhere to crash and leave your things, then you're good here. Clean and comfortable with everything you need including a kettle!! As a brit in the Americas, i love that! You can also see the CN from the front door so you have a good point of reference from the very start.

They had no ice to offer. It was a $10.00 deposit for a coffee machine, clock radio or hairdryer? Sketchy neighborhood. $13.50 parking fee that was not relayed at the time of booking.

Location was great for a concert @ Ontario Place. Pillows were new & soft. Lots of restaurants close.
