Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our 1st room, theres a used towel in the cabinet, and the aircond was so warm. Complaint twice and they offer to another room. It was ok.

🔹Cleaner didn't check the room & clean very well, room smell humid & smelly, when I want to open the curtain, found out baby bottle behind the curtain. 🔹The kaunter staff not really friendly & didn't even smile at me, maybe because I'm a local 🤨

The swimming pool was not that clean The staff/receptionist was not helpful. I was standing on the wrong counter for a long time, and the receptionist just give me a quick look and attend other people and cutting my line without saying anything. When I finally meet the receptionist, I informed regarding my booking (which I have confirmed the day before) and he seems to be unprepared and asked me if I booked only on that day where I have booked weeks prior. And then after paying, he just give us the key and did not inform us the location of the room and we were just lost afterwards before asking the doorman for the location. The staff/receptionist definitely need more training on customer services. Also, please respond to the text in the booking app. I left several texts asking question and giving confirmation, and no one bother to reply. They only responded on my first text and ignored the rest, I have to call the hotel to ask my questions.
The hotel room was comfortable. One of the staff that was in charge of the parking was the most helpful staff on the day.

*The hotel already run down with outdated ambience. *In my room the wardrobe door is broken and not easy to slide. *The corridor carpet is dirty and had this stuffy smell.

If customer stuff left there. Please don't straight away to throw it. In my case, check out about hour ago, then just remember my drink still in the refrigerator... Ask the counter, they throw it already hahah no responsibility. I know it is just a drink... But can see.. How u treat the customer there

The room and bathroom have a bad smell when we first came in. And there was no hand towels.

We had our breakfast around 930am. Most of the breakfast food was gone already by then, and not topped up. I see no point in paying for breakfast too with this booking as what is the point when breakfast is still open but hardly any food to eat. This should not be first come first served kinda breakfast. So we feel cheated on this. Not nice.
Very fast check in process. Hotel was ready to accept us upon our arrival as well. Minimal waiting time at lobby. Swimming pool was good too as not crowded. Smaller kids will however need the swimming rings as it will be quite deep for them - we ran downstairs and bought them from Mr DIY.

On arrival, bathroom and shower were dirty, was informed the cleaning staff had already left at mid day [the on duty staff did try and remedy the cleanliness and hygiene matter]. Room maintenance a challenge...ran out of toilet roll (they only use cheap toilet roll) at night and reception offered zero assistance. bed sheets had stains. Room window was facing dark indoor garage.
Excellent shuttle service by the hotel from and to the airport, friendly & professional driver. Warm welcoming and friendly staff. Small shopping centre anchoring the building. Few nice restaurants around the hotel.

This place has become dirty since my last stay in Nov. 2023, lack of maintenance, breakfast starts from 06:30 but don't expect to get an omelet or scrambled eggs, one day there is no bread, another day there is no eggs. Only fruits served water melon and papaya, when its finish don't expect that someone will bring more. I stayed in Times Hotel more than a month so i can tell, its not coincidence.
Hotel is located at shopping centre, close to Airport.

Breakfast : selection is basic, only fruit to pick was water melon during my entire three weeks in hotel, no cereals, one type of sendwich bread. Service staff on the other hand very kind.

the breakfast offering, the dirty carpets, the lights that went on and off, the door mechanism that failed often, the checkout that charged me extra for who knows what, but I didn't have time to argue.
