The staff and some guests made noise late at night so we woke up at 3am multiple times. We also paid for a sea view room but because of a problem with the booking we stayed in a regular room.

There was a problem with the booking but we got a free stay at a different hotel for the first night. The location is good - right next to a bus stop, near a supermarket, and near the beach.

We stayed in appartment A2. We arrived at 17:30 but we couldn't check in, as "the boss" left the hotel with the key. I was informed that I need to return in 1.5 hours, received some compIimentary bottles of water and I was asked to pay for the reservation. We used the toilet in the lobby, but there was no toilet paper (both toilets). We were able to check in when we returned (~23:00). Reservation was for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), but the room was only prepared for 2 guests (only 2 sets of towels, no sheets for the second bed). Also, there was not toilet paper. We requested the missing items but only received sheets. We had to ask (yet again) for toilet paper! The sink and the toilet were leaking so the bathroom floor was always wet. There was no garbage can anywhere. We found a used shampoo packing on the bathtub. Dried up bloody mosquitos on the door. There was a minibar menu, but the minibar was empty dirty and all the shelves were missing. TV remote had no batteries. All the power sockets were torn out of the walls but somehow still working (hazardous for children) There was 1 remote control for 2 AC units. The TV desk was sticky with some dried up juice. If anything else needs to be added, it's quite noisy as the hotel is right next to the main road.

While it was clean in the corridors, room cleaning was crazy I would say. First, if you are allergic to smells, you will get sick as bed cloths and towels had a VERY strong smell of wash powder or conditioner. I got allergic after our fourth day and due to an awful cough, my family and I had to leave earlier and change a hotel. Second, after the first cleaning, they just replenished toilet paper and threw away the rubbish, and it was fine. But after the second cleaning, we found no replenished toilet paper and, moreover, it was a surprise in the room -- a full rubbish bag left there (a complement from the hotel?). And, additionally, an old bed sheet was changed to clean a hard bedcover.. I did not get this really but found it absurd and unplesant. The sea view is fine when you get out to the balcony and look cross a noisy avenue. The cars are moving there all the day and night, so, if you do not use a conditioner and open the windows to enjoy the sea wind, you might get sick because of the noise and dust instead. Finally, if you have kids, this place is definitely not for you -- there is NO place for them to hang on at all. You get out from the hotel to a dusty and noisy street, and there is no kid facilities around. To get to the sea you must walk down the hill and reach quite a clean and beautiful beach via a stairs.

Disgusting place! We waited with a small child for more than 30 minutes in 35°C heat for the room to be prepared. The room was in terrible condition! The ceiling and walls were covered in mould. The bedroom was full of dust, and the sheets had blood and mould stains on them. It was literally impossible to breathe in the room. There were no towels provided! Less than two hours later, we packed our things and left the hotel. We waited more than 15 minutes at reception to return the key and speak to someone, but no one ever came, so we just left. When I filed a complaint with Booking.com, someone from the hotel claimed that we had been warned about the mould and were offered another room — which is a complete lie. Avoid this place at all costs!

First of all, it does not have a good location, it is on the main road. It is not close to the sea as it is stated on the website. It is a hotel that is far from the beach. Although we had a reservation, they told us that they did not have a room and we started looking for another hotel with our belongings in that hot weather. Unfortunately, we spent that day looking for a hotel. I do not recommend it.

The location is as described and close to a bus stop. But not convenient for me as it was too far to walk into Varna centre or Golden Sands.

The Staff(owner and chef) really friendly and helpful. Room was of a good size and clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. There was a mini bar and a full kitchen. I did not eat there so I cannot comment on the food.

Booked the place close to the area I wanted to explore. Very tidy, clean and the bed was good. I felt cold during the night, the duvet covers were not ample enough but it's warmer weather at this time in Varna I guess but evenings the temperature drops. It was the briefest of stays. Flight delayed, hotel arrival was 4ish am and I had an early start at 8am too. Host was ever so wonderful and went above and beyond making me feel welcome. Well done Rafi.
