Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel was fabulous and the sizes of the rooms were very big and looked like the pictures on the web, which is nice to see. Breakfast was fantastic, and the complimentary drinks was a lovely touch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the location was great, close to all the attractions sights in Sydney. The room was large with comfortable bed and the fridge was stocked with water, juice and sodas at no extra cost. Staff provided an umbrella when it rained. Breakfast was delicious and had everything you would want on a big breakfast. Staff were amazing, friendly, attentive and accommodating.

AustraliaI really wish the toilet was separate from the bathroom, especially since there was enough space for it. The bathroom was almost the size of a room! Also, I wish the lights under the bedside table weren’t connected, so one could be left on while the other is off.
The hotel was lovely. It's an older building, but our room had been recently renovated, which was a great touch. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, and the double windows were a lifesaver, there was no noise from the street at all. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The free mini bar was a pleasant surprise, with a nice selection of juice, sparkling water, and soda, all refilled daily. On Easter day, we were also treated to a sweet surprise, a lovely card and Easter eggs in our room. The room itself was spotless and spacious, with stylish furniture and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. All in all, it was a great experience!

AustraliaThe pool was quite small and the area wasn't overly welcoming to want to spend much time in. We were lucky there wasn't anyone around when we used the pool but I imagine with 2 or 3 families there it would be crowded. It would be nice if there was a bar area in the foyer to make it more welcoming. It's a big open space that I think could be utilised a lot better. The check in lady we had didn't really offer much communication. It would be nice if she told us where and when breakfast was served, the pool level, etc. It would make it more welcoming.
The interior of the hotel was modern but kept its original charm. We liked the feel of the 'old world' original decor mixed with the new and more contemporary furnishings. The breakfast was lovely and fresh with a great selection of foods. The kids loved the pancake making machine. We have never come across one of these before. It was nice that the hotel gave my sister a bottle of wine to celebrate her birthday. It was a nice touch.

Dark, quiet room. Comfy bed. Great shower. Good breakfast buffet, hot and tasty. Concierge was amazing. Advice every day was spot on. Pasta restaurant next door was good but noisy. Loved that we had a kettle and supplies replenished every day including real milk for our coffee.

Had to ring reception and waited for a few minutes for someone to give me the laundry powder. And the washing machine & dryer only accept $2 coins so you’d better have some. Other than that, it was all good.
