Anything I put here would be a really minor gripe and nothing worth mentioning.

Great location in Bondi near plenty of shops and restaurants and conveniently situated between Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach, clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, good facilities, including laundry, in-room fridge, TV with Netflix, a communal kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, utensils etc. Overall a really good stay and I'd consider staying here again if I'm in the area and need accommodation for a few nights.

Shutters in room were insufficient and there was a strong bright light coming in at night making it hard to sleep. Requires curtains.

If I have to say just one small thing I would say the room was really really small. But it had everything I needed.

Really liked the property itself: clean, modern, elegant and i already said clean? Shared bathroom but never had problems. Toilet was always clean and they provide really good quality of shampoo and conditioners girls! Highly recommended

The room is pretty small but it was ok for us. There is a lounge with a small kitchen which is nice and lovely but it closes at 8pm.

It was cozy and calm. The staff were very nice, and it was clean. The location is pretty good, you can get to wherever you want with the bus, and also there are some stores and cafes few minutes away by foot.

Small things: Room is very compact. Don’t expect much space. The only coat hangers are above the kettle. Kitchen not open until 8am. No English Breakfast tea in the kitchen, just lots of obscure ones, masses of corridor lights throughout the building on all night(not eco)

Noisy at night with very loud doors closing and opening with people going to shared bathrooms. Felt more like a hostel environment. Walls very thin one can hear everything next door.

Given the size of the house, it would have been better if each room could have its own bathroom/shower. But as it was very clean and as there are several bathroom it was not an issue (except getting up of night to go to the toilets). location is a bit far walking distance to the beach and the restaurants/bars.

No recycling. Please persist with customers or do it yourselves. Back yard not fully used for customers and could be a nice space. Imagine noise and late night/ alcohol use a concern.

So clean, excellent location. Huge bathrooms and showers. Feels like real boutique accommodation. I'd stay here again if returning to Sydney we spent 10 nights here and loved it from start to finish.

Perfect ! I warmly recommend it 100 %!! Beautiful place, so close to bus station, very convenient for supermarket and only 20min walk from the famous Bondi beach ! Love it ! Thank you Team for such an amazing stay !
