The triple room was very small. We had a problem with check-in. The touch terminal was not working well, it was disconnecting from the internet regularly. Fortunately, we were able to continue and fill in all the guest details.

The location is not exceptional. The view from our room was of the courtyard, which is better than the view of the busy street. Very good breakfest.

I was asked to fill in check in form in advance on lline. I did that, but then during the actual check-in procedure half of the data was lost and had to be re-entered

The self check in idea is very good since there is no problem with late arrival.

The lady at breakfast was really rude. While having my breakfast, she came around to tell me that I couldn't take the food out while i was eating. She just assumed that I would. It's obvious that one has to consume their food there. I have travelled around the 🌎 and this was unexpectedly rude of her to just assume. I lost my appetite. I wouldn't go back. Breakfast was very limited, no hot stuff. It's a bit confusing at first with the machine checking in, but I managed to enter.

The location was ok for what I needed, including the free parking. The room was comfortable. There was a keycard on the room, which made it easier to go in and out

The hotel is located in a not-so-pleasant neighborhood, but very close to a tram stop and a highway exit. A small free parking lot is a plus. The room was fairly spacious but lacked air conditioning. I had a room on the ground floor, so there was no chance to keep the windows open for more than a few seconds. The breakfast was average, but there was a coffee machine and a few types of cheese.

Our coffee mashine was not working, but we didn't need to use it anyway. Some tiles in the bathroom were moving, but that was not an issue really.

Room was very nice and quite spacious actually. Breakfast was great, we really enjoyed it. Location was perfect for us, and we will be looking forward to coming back in the future.

There was no AC on a day with 35 degrees outside. The keypad on the room door was giving battery alerts so we were barely lucky to be able yo get in the room. The bathroom was clean except for a big stain in the shower. Consideting, the price is high.

It was super hot in the room, even with the windows open, maybe a fan would've been nice. TV didn't work, and there were a lot of spider nets everywhere.

You are not able to split cost among me and colleague. You don't receive any invoice separately. You receive only the receipt that you have paid. Rooms too small in my opinion. Breakfast was good but limited in terms of choices. It is OK for one night. Rooms lean, but I have seen better examples in my life.

The location is good, near to the highway. The automation was good, we could check in using our booking.

For the price it is a bit basic, and the towels could use a bit of an update but other than that it was a great stay.

The hosts are very helpful and kind, and make sure everyone feels at home. Breakfast is nothing fancy but very tasty and something for everyone. The rooms are very neat and clean and comfortable with heating. It is super close to the bus and tram stop so easy to get anywhere you want to be.

Having no water coming out of the shower and brown water from the taps at the sink was very disappointing. We didn’t use the kettle in the room as the water looked too dangerous to drink!
