Despite it being a busy Sunday night, there was only one person working on the bar and taking food orders. Due to this, the kitchen was closed early and we were not able to get a meal.

It was very clean, bright and airy. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

We visited Innsbruck during a very hot period and the air conditioning functioned poorly. Our room faced a very busy street so we were unable to leave the window open. It got uncomfortably warm in the room. Also, there are no restaurants or grocery stores right near the hotel.

We were attending an event at Olympiaworld, and this hotel is directly across the street. Good tram service on the J and M lines, with stops near the hotel, made it easy to visit attractions in the old city.

Reception very friendly. Breakfast area is nice. Standard luxery from Hilton Garden Inn. Free guest card for public transportation etc.

Spa/jacuzzi would have been appreciated especially after long day in 30 degrees.

Food was excellent for breakfast. Dinner not available for first two nights. Nearby public transport was helpful. Room and view were excellent.

The breakfast could have been better. For the price, I would have expected better quality food. Also the 20 Euro per day for parking seems too much.

I had booked this hotel paying slightly more than I would’ve otherwise liked to because it has a sauna. After paying for the hotel, arriving and checking in, I only discovered when going up to use the sauna that it was broken and would not be fixed for at least a month. Our bed was also broken which made sleeping quite uncomfortable, the towel rail in the bathroom was also broken. The room next to us was being renovated late into the night. I think it was around 11 pm and there were still sounds of banging and tools. The bar/restaurant needs more staff with only one person left to manage all of the drinks and food for way too many guests.

All of the staff were fantastic, very helpful and polite. Easy access especially to and from the airport. Stunning views of the surrounding mountains and city. Good breakfast and downstairs bar. Free transfers to the ski resorts from right outside the hotel.

By the time I checked in at 3 PM, the room I was given was in complete disarray. The previous guest had used all the towels, leaving me unable to take a shower, and there was men’s underwear lying in the bathroom. Room service only arrived after an hour and a half. I understand that the staff may have been overwhelmed due to the holidays, but if the room rates are significantly increased during this period, it should allow you to hire additional personnel. I’m not expecting early check-in, but I do expect to be able to relax in my room at the official check-in time. The breakfast was also quite limited.

The staff were very kind and tried their best to address any issues. The hotel itself was quite peaceful, offering a calm atmosphere. There’s a bus stop nearby, and it’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center.

The front desk people especially the person that checked us in was exceptionally nice. Many thanks to her, even though I was tired when coming in she made me less tired. Also, the welcome cards are available if you stay for more than 2days, which is really one of the reasons you should stay here! The room were very clean, had a kettle(with some tee and coffee), nice TV, very comfy beds, nice shower room!! Nice connection to the bus stop also!

The minus points are the tv that serves only cable channels, no Netflix or any internet app. The WiFi was very low quality, multiple times it took ages for my phone to get internet connection. The bathroom dispensers need a double check as our room had no hand soap when we entered the room.

The breakfast was good, and the room was very clean. It was nice that they provided tea bags and coffee in the room. I also loved the view from the hotel; the mountains were really beautiful and created a fantastic, scenic view.

They overcharged us . I still can’t get my money back. I contacted them several times via this app and had no answer from them. Only when I wrote an email to them I got a response. But it was disappointing. They made me wait for 2 weeks to get my money available.

It was cool outside but the window barely cracks open and would require the blinds be left wide open to get any air, so we had to use the AC, which barely functioned - we were quite hot the whole night as really no air was coming through the vent. It’s on a busy street with loud traffic and parking is 20 Euros (though there’s street parking nearby).

Great view from the top of the hotel and the rooms. It’s across the street from OlympiaWorld and you can see the Bergisel Ski Jump up on the hill South of town. It’s around a 20-30 mins walk to the city center.
